I enjoyed this well maintained trail. It was a nice and easy hike for this 7 month preggo lady! 360 views to boot. The fire lookout was cordoned off when there but I was told by the very friendly volunteer (Mike - former Forest Services Ranger) that it is still in use. Would love to return in the winter to snowshoe Lookout Mountain!

Do this trail in the fall, the colors at the lakes are gorgeous.

Foggy Dew is one of my favorite mountain biking trails. It's a very physically challenging climb, and much of it is very technical. The ride back down is a blast.

We did this hike on Memorial Day and it was gorgeous! But the biting flies were thick on the way up, and we were wishing we hadn't forgotten the bug spray!

Although a shorter trail the views are very nice from the lookout. No official TH sign but the road turns into a well maintained trail.

A very nice moderate hike with rewarding views all around. Only one downed tree on trail, otherwise the trail was very obvious and easy to follow. Exceptional 360 degree views from the top deck of the accessible decommissioned fire tower. Great day hike and good option for when there is foul weather in the Cascades. Easily completed in 2 hours.

Amazing hike! My brothers and I set out for a different lake, ended up seeing the sign while we were hiking up and decided to switch trails. From trail head to top of Lake was 4.5 miles, sign was about a mile up. It took us about 2 hours to get up and about a hour down. Streams flowed well and lots of water for dogs. Still some snow. Gorgeous scenery and hike!

Long gradual climb that never felt steep. About 6 miles to Upper Eagle Lake and another mile to head down to the lower lake. Golden larches this time of year made for some great scenery.

Gorgeous water. Reminiscent of a Montana trout stream, this swift but manageable river is great for Steelhead and large trout fishing. It runs very clear so use light lines and be sure and fish the long rocky stretches for large fish mixed in with the submerged rocks. This is my favorite Fly Fishing river in WA. The Steelhaed runs are AMAZING! Also some huge sea run Cutts.

We camped at the foggy dew campgrounds. We hiked pieces of the foggy dew trail. It's an easy 2 1/2 miles up hill to the falls. We drove to a nearby trail to hike to sunrise lake, about 6 miles round trip, more difficult, great views. Photos uploaded.
