Easy to use level trail kid friendly adult friendly elderly friendly plenty of wildlife.

I would give more stars especially for a close to city hike but it’s SO crowded. Go on a weekday during high tide for best hiking experience

This was a wonderful walk with so many different birds! My son loved the boardwalk, he was super stimulated and almost made it to the last gazebo ;o)

Fantastic! Beautiful, peaceful, and so green. Not crowded at all due to the closed parking lot. Great trail with our kids, ages 6 and 8. They loved exploring. Definitely recommend!!

Snow free! Easy walk to an amazing lake! One note there is a large tree down on the trail, so if you plan to use a stroller or wheel chair you may not be able to pass the tree.

It was a really lovely walk with nice scenery. The trail is flat, wide, and mostly paved, so it feels more like a good walk than a real hike. Would be great for families or those who struggle with less polished trails.

Loop goes through a golf course and on the street

nice walk lots of little trails tu I go off the water was so nice to have the whole walk

Great trail for all ages! Such a nice place to walk and enjoy the scenery. Will do come and visit again!

Very scenic, beautiful trail. Provides two options - forest trail & beach trail. Very crowded even in corona times. Was difficult to get parking . But the trail was good. If you get near the water you can see a lot of tiny crabs and other sea creatures. Was a gorgeous day! The forest trail is relaxing. Beach trail is Excellent for bikers, joggers or walkers. Tons of vitamin D. Make sure get your cap, goggles & sun screen. The kids had a blast throwing stones in the water.

Wide trail that is mostly paved and flat. Lots of room for social distancing, and people were very respectful with regards to dogs being on leash. At the end, to get to Lucia Falls, you have to walk on the road a bit. Lucia is beautiful though and lots of opportunity for climbing rocks with the water rushing around you. It’s a fish breeding area so no touching the water though! Free parking at both trail heads and trash cans-picnic spots galore!

nice easy walk and stroller friendly.

Black bear: We had a nice walk to the Snoqualmie Falls viewpoint yesterday. On our return, to our surprise and amazement, a black bear crossed the trail about 200 yards ahead of us, just west of the power lines. It was alone, and appeared to be a juvenile. It walked along the trail for 20–30 yards, then cut down into a gully not far from a house. Just a reminder to keep aware of your surroundings.

There was one section of the trail that was muddy, besides that it was mostly paved. Parking can be tricky because it gets pretty busy, great trail to bike or walk.

Nice easy walk with scenic forest setting and viewpoints of the Puget Sound.

Overall, an awesome walk. Little incline but there's stairs and lots of shade. Totally doggy friendly. Heavily populated but still great

Flat, straight, clean, great pit stops, super kid friendly & a lot of fun!

Parking inside the park is closed now (COVID-19). We luckily got a parking in the road nearby. Bikes/skates are not allowed on the trail now (COVID-19). A good hour long walk around the lake with many picnic spots. Stroller friendly.

Overgrown, the flora is pretty but there was a lot of bees: ran across portion of the trail to avoid being stung. By the time I got to the car I removed 8 ticks (that was with Deet repellent).

Connect with Kulshan trail for better ride

Great trail that was quick and easy for us and the kids. Some magnificent large trees with beautiful moss draped all over them. There’s a small “Maple Valley” that’s about a 200 foot haunt off the main trail and was breathtaking. It’s a long drive in but well worth it! Some of the most unique scenery we’ve come across and a true gem of the PNW and Olympic National Forest!

Hiked on 7/3, trail is open but covered with snow and difficult to follow without using map. Would definitely suggest poles and waterproof boots. Beautiful views and would highly recommend!
