A little flat to be hiking, but it was a well marked trail in a nice area. We had to turn back about .3 into the Eagle Spur section because there were ground bees in the middle of the trail that stung my dog...

It was a nightmare to find the trail (more or less a place to park) but the trail itself is wonderful. Very well kept up. I ran my dogs on the trail and they had no issue distinguishing the trail from the brush. Will definitely be back many times more with my bike and the dogs!

we loved it very much. We went there on Saturday morning. we came across several people and 8 horses

Beautiful hike. My dog loved it. He even met a horse for the first time. Perfect place to walk your dog on a hot day because of the shade from all of the trees as well as a cool stream.

Not too busy, well marked, clean, good parking, helpful rangers, and decent bathrooms.

I'm pretty much a beginner at mountain bikeing. I had a lot of fun here, It's not to difficult, but it was 94 dehrees out and had a good workout after an hour of this trail and doing the apple orchard trail twice. No other bikes out during the week day I was there which was nice because I'm pretty slow. Easier then fountain head which was nice, lots of rolling sections.

Great for a beginner! Be mindful of the mushiness on a wet day though. It gets slippery.

Great Trail!

Great trails that gives you a workout

Nice easy paved path trail for kids and a puppy dog.

Beautiful trail, wide and well maintained. Silent and peaceful most of the way as it’s away from main roads. You actually follow a trail named Mustang loop 1/2 mi from parking area and pick up Thompson creek loop which is the main trail on this map. There is a 1.1 mi trail called Wood Thrush loop that starts and ends at the bridge halfway through and is easy and very pretty. That puts you right back on Thompson creek trail. The whole thing is about 3.5 to 4 if you do it that way. All trails are well marked. Seems like a lot of horseback usage, although it was quiet and deserted on a Nov Sunday afternoon.

Great trails though steep. Watch out for horse poop.

Nice 4 mile loop, geared more to mtbs than hiking as it’s single track and has loose cobbles. Rolling hills, nothing too strenuous. Beautiful forest pretty quiet even on weekend afternoon and made for a nice hike.

A pretty easy hike, though you do have to step aside to frequently let the bicyclists go by.

I dont know about the trails on the north side but the South Loop trail seemed to be geared toward mountain biking. It was very quiet for a Saturday afternoon which was nice. I saw two hikers and about ten mountain bikers. The trail has a lot of hills so be ready for a workout.

Easy trail though if you have knee issues be careful.

Had a fun hike. Gorgeous day to get out. It was pretty empty at 10 am. More people showed up after noon.

Some decent wildlife viewing, but trails are not very well connected and there isn't a lot to do for how far it is.

This was an nice easy trail. Did it with three kids (ages 9 and 11) and the dog. No one complained and I enjoyed it. The wooded part of the trail is really nice as well as the views of the water.

I went here with my dog for a hike once and a run another time! Some of their trails are perfect for a jog with well maintained paths (Dogue trail). Others are better a hike because they're less traveled with lots of roots. I appreciate both! My dog loves coming here and I plan to come back many times!

A great place to paddle. Went upstream to the 19 mile marker and back (upwind) in 3 hrs w a 20 min break to rest and eat. No strong currents, no rapids, very little boat traffic today.

Well kept trails for the most part, great vistas of Belmont Bay, and overall a peaceful and quiet park especially on weekdays. I enjoy walking the trails often.

great place to test out my new 29er. there is a lot of diversity in the tracks. there are lots of single tracks and it looks like they're building a lot of jumps. great place for a beginner and even seasoned Riders will probably love this place.
