Great for those just starting out needing to exercise. The path is gravel, and clear of any bulging roots. Half of it is flat and the other has a few hills. Mostly covered by trees and follows around the lake. Three times around it is two miles, a good little outing. Can be busy, and dogs can roam but should be kept on a leash. Make sure to stop and see their resident white duck that has been recently hanging out below the waterfall! Restrooms available too.

When the "trail" is paved, that's just running. Did I miss the unpaved trails somehow?

I visited it during a late winter month so it wasn't much activity but it was a good short walk around a lake.

This is a nice little trail. It's mostly flat with a short hilly section, almost all wooded. It can be crowded, though.

The trails are short and flat. They are only good for walking. Too many dogs were running free on the trail although the signs stated dogs on leash. The park was pretty though.

Great walking trail if you are short on time...

Nice park. Some parts of the trails in the wooded area are badly overgrown.

We did one today, pretty easy and flat.

Great trails if you can find them. They dont cover a great area or much elevation but there is a very tight network of small trails. I ride them regularly and continue to find new trails I had not hit before. From easy to challenging, a little something for everyone. There is some very tight technical single track with heavily rooted sections some along banks of tiny streams. Often very slick, stays damp. Not much elevation but some of the trails are steep enough that they have water bars. They are a blast to ride for an hour or so or freetime!

The trails are actually in the wooded area behind the lake.

Its a pretty "field" not good for hiking more so like walking the dog or a picnic
