Cape Charles, Virginia Map

This area is so beautiful. Take some time to go to the beach, the water is clear and shallow. The state park is beautiful. And Cape Charles is just such a cute town.

This is a beautiful trail that goes from the Eastern Shore National Wildlife Refuge to Kiptopeke State Park. Best to do in warmer weather. Benches along the way if you want to stop and sit. Also has trail information and mileage signs. Nearby is the Wildlife Refuge Museum, WWII bunkers with canon, trails to the marsh overlook, all very interesting.

A nice walk from the visitors center, through the butterfly trail, up the observation overlook and down to the marsh overlook. Beautiful, easy, relaxing stroll!
