Great short hike. Absolutely worth it! We went at noon and it was very busy on a Sunday

Dog friendly easy hike about two miles round trip with beautiful views!

Steep at times but manageable & worth it for the great view - would highly recommend.

Took AT from the lot on Route 4 to the Willard parking lot, hitting Deer Leap Overlook and Mountain on the way back. Totaled around 7 miles and 1,800-1,900 elevation. Good ROI on this hike with an awesome view, well maintained trails and a solid mileage/elevation combination. The ascent up Deer Leap Mtn is a good sweat and the rest is really conducive to some quick mile splits. When I’m not looking for a grueling ascent up Killington or Pico this is the pick!

Short and beautiful trail!

Great trail, the first half was very pleasant. Lots of flowers and running water sounds. The second half was definitely more of a hike but still lovely. There’s a fun bridge towards the end

Great trail, except for occasional muddy/icy patches during early spring. The outlook has a great view and is totally work the trek. Overall, a super moderate and family friendly hike.

This is a great trail. Not too long but gives a nice elevation change. My 11 year old did it no problem.

Today was muddy but great. Spring is definitely coming in. It was good to have spikes at the top as it was slippery with snow and ice still. Not a hard core workout but a good loop. The lookout is nice!
