Perfect easy trail. It’s short but hooks into other, almost as easy trails at the end. There’s even a port-o-potty a little less than a mile in. Beautiful views, couldn’t ask for anything more perfect if you’re looking for super simple.

Definitely a moderate difficulty, mainly open but some grown in areas. When you hit the firn gullies it'll remind you of Jurassic Park 2.

Well marked trail, gentle inclines/declines. Can be muddy in spots Beautiful brook and wildflowers. The sound of moving water is always with you on this peaceful hike

I believe the distance listed as 27 miles is not correct and that it is closer to 18 or so. This is a nice moderate trail through the woods along the Green Mountain ridge. There are not a lot of long distance views but lots of beautiful spots. A detour to North Pond is well worth the walk.

Little overgrown in some areas is only complaint. Otherwise, it was a really nice trail all along the Brook. Many spots to go into the Brook. Beaver Pond was full of many kinds of wildlife. Trail is easy to follow and not difficult. Had 2 young kids and 2 small dogs that enjoyed it.

Standard moderate hike up an old logging road before turning into the woods. The trail climbs to the David Logan Shelter, which lies 0.2mi off the Long Trail. Total distance of the New Boston Trail is 1 mile (each way)
