nice easy trail, however the Tibbets Arch is understated as it is small and down in the canyon and difficult to see. Since most visitors in this area are heading to either Canyonlands NP or to Deadhorse Point State park or mt bike riding on the many mapped MTB routes, there is very little use to this obscure arch trail. Good option for a quiet hike as a break from MTB riding.

Absolutely loved this trail! Loved the downhill cruise!

Moab Red Hot 33k course. Great views of the area surrounding Moab from the Gold Bar Rim.

Easy trail. Some sand at the end, but nothing major. Tunnel and views are worth the drive.

Short little trail with fun tunnels, fun off roading for the right vehicles and a pot of gold at the end of the trail ;)

Got to this via the Monitor and Merrimack ATV trails. A short walk through the tunnel to a cool view and a pictograph. Worth the time.

The base map is off for this trail. It shows starting from the Book Cliffs which is not correct. It can be started from Mill Canyon Road or Blue Hills Road.

Bull Canyon will take you to the bottom of Gemini Bridges. You go up a very rocky creek bottom, and a short hike takes you to the bridges.

North of Moab, and west of Hwy 191. An easy and short trail that you can do in less than an hour.

Northwest of Moab and Hwy 313: The off road portion of the trail is fairly short. A few spots require careful tire placement.

Bull Canyon is located off the Gemini Bridges Trail just outside Moab. Along with my sons Ron and Bob, we Jeeped this trail after viewing the Gemini Bridges. When we were on top of the Geminis, we decided to travel down Bull Canyon to get a look at the Geminis from below. Wrong! After about 2 miles down canyon, we got a flat tire, the side wall had given out. After changing the tire, we turned around to get back to Moab. We traveled about another mile or so when disaster hit, 2 more tires gave out! We were forced to hike out in 95 degree heat in the middle of the day back 10 miles to the highway, hitch-hike our way 14 miles back to town. Then we rented a Jeep Wrangler, went back to retrieve the flats, returned to Moab to buy new tires, And again returned to the disabled Jeep Cherokee rental and after putting on the new tires, returned to Moab with both Jeeps. Lesson learned, do not use 'street tires' when you off road! What a day, a "day that will forever live in Infamy", but what memories....
