This is the Run-a-muk dog park - truly the best place for dogs to get to be dogs. And now they have extended the park with and extra 1.5 ish mile out and back trail up the side of Olympic Park for some more technical hiking if desired. Otherwise the general loops (there a couple of options to make your daily dog park trek varied lengths) are great - a bit of elevation, nice and groomed. Must love dogs - there are tons and all off leash.

Love this - walk from Kimball Junction to the Willow Creek Dog Park and back - great 5 mile round trip with the dog (he can swim and not have to ride in the car home) - easy/flat with nice views - very pleasant walking trail.

Nice scenic trail. It does start with a set of switchbacks but then goes back into the trees for a lovely hike. The fall colors are just starting and there were still quite a few wildflowers.

This is essentially a mountain bike trail. To hike it you make endless switchbacks continuously looking at the same scenery. Not much fun

Great day hike from Canyons. Hiked with our 9.5 year old and 6.5 year old boys - excellent hike for both. Coming from Minnesota, they loved the change in altitude/excellent long distance views. Great sense of accomplishment for our 6.5 year old. Hike up took 3x as long as trip down, so don’t fear return. Only negative, a bit too many bikers on a Saturday morning.

This is a moderate fun trail with nice views, fun descent and shade areas.. almost as a roll a coaster ride!

great path for beginners

This is part of an extensive network of trails within the Swaner Nature Preserve in Park City and surrounding area. There are a variety of places to access the trail network and you can do loops that are relatively short or very long. The trails I have been on are very well-constructed and easy to use. The area is heavily used by mountain bikers and trail runners, as well as hikers. I usually just go up to the "summit" off of the Glenwild Loop (see the X in the center of the map). The trailhead off of Glenwild Dr. has a reasonable amount of parking, restrooms, maps and water. Not a wilderness experience, but a nice setting for a stroll and it is clear of snow earlier than other places.

The perfect easy on your feet trail running trail. Packed dirt 90%, with a touch of pavement. Has some body weight exercise stations to top it off with snow capped mountains in the background

Not remote, easy, flat, wide, multi use, well maintained trail. Heavily traveled with friendly folk. Walk to shops and restaurants or connect with trails in Lower Utah Olympic Park for more steps.

I wouldn’t call this a trail - more like a sidewalk that is completely paved. It skirts the perimeter of a densely populated residential area and some commercial (shops-restaurants) buildings. A portion of it borders Swaner preserve. Used heavily by Mountain Bikes.
