Did this as part of a 4-mile loop with Gasline/Cowbones/Pine Forest. A very scenic trail that gets surprisingly high above the road. Wish there was a trail cutting over to Orange Gate at the Forest Service fence.

A bit of a challenge uphill in snowshoes, but someone had groomed the trail which helped. The Pine Forest is beautiful. I just hope the trail builders are able to work with the Forest Service and BSA to get this designated because currently it is an illegal trail.

Please don't use this route. The extremely steep section is being heavily eroded and is not very safe. Until a better trail up the face is created some day, the much better route is to go up the ridge further south and walk back to the point.

The trail is amazing and thank you for all the hard work everyone does keeping the trail in pristine condition.

Trail is nice as always. The stream crossing lost its bridge so you need to jump over it. The horse stables and campsite at red lake are no longer there. A few moose and mountain lion tracks on the switchbacks. ~18 inches of snow at the lake but not more than 6 everywhere else

Hiked a loop through Pierce Park trails and up to Forebay pond. Beautiful, inversion free day. Trails are a bit muddy. Only passed one other person though.

A few inches of snow was just groomed by the Trotters as I began this hike along the canal.

Hiked a loop through series of mountain bike trails that are part of the Pierce Park (Forebay) trail system. Started at Pipeline parking lot, then took Cow Bones connection to Nebo Loop Road, through Lovers Lane gate, up JMC to Trotter trail then looped Round Top and followed Overlook to Favorite, then took JMC back down to Little Shawny, then back to parking lot. Great loop for Mountain Bikers but also a good hike, run, or walk. A little circuitous for hike/run but still great trail system to explore.

Hiked along Forebay canal trail on Nov 16, 2019. A few red and orange leaves still clinging to trees and water flowing in the canal was pleasant. Passed a few mountain bikers and one other hiker. Trail was a little muddy in spots, but not bad.

Nice paved trail through wooded park in center of subdivision areas along the Hollow in Payson.

Nice, paved urban trail that follows along Creek and passes a few neighborhood parks.

A little snow on the trail here and there but nothing dangerous. Went to the top and back with no problems except once following the wrong set of tracks instead of turning up toward the north peak like we wanted to. Still beautiful vistas even though almost all the fall colors are gone.

A friendly walking and jogging trail that in Payson, Utah that follows Dry Creek and connects Hidden Cove Park to Dry Mountain Park then continues to the Highline Canal Road and Canyon Road. The trail meanders along side Dry Creek (which is actually flowing much of the year) with some trees and wooded natural areas along side the trail. Homes back up to either side of the trail in many areas. The trail is level asphalt making a great route for families and kids with a few different playgrounds and picnic tables along the trail and lots of spots to explore along side of the creek. The trail continues north of Dry Mountain Park through the tunnel under the street.

A friendly walking or jogging trail the loops around Hollow Park in Payson, Utah. The trail meanders through a wooded natural area within a small valley with homes backing up to either side of the hollow. Most of the trails are concrete and asphalt but there are a few sections of gravel trails that meander through the trees. A great spot for families and kids with a playground and picnic tables near the roadway and lots of areas within the trees to explore off the walking trails. The trail continues north through the tunnel under the street a short distance to connect to Black Hawk Park and 700 South.

Always a good fall hike.

Almost the entire trail route was burned in 2018 Bald Mountain fire. Very dusty/ ash covered trail. Lots of burned trees still standing.
