Great run in our stock JKUS! Challenging but doable.

Turned onto this with my stock Land Rover Discovery 5 by accident. Was a hairy ride but the rover came out on top, somehow. Wouldn’t recommend trying unless you have a skilled driver and spotter team. Good luck

Not to tiring, amazing views of corona arch. I’d go early because this hike can get busier midday

Easy walk (about a mile) to the first pool of water. There you can 'cliff jump', swim, and see beautiful waterfalls. If you wanna go further you can backtrack and loop around to go to the upper pools. This is a nice hike due to the low commitment of it. You can hike just to the first pool or go up the second and third, you decide! The water is ice cold so make sure to work up a good sweat on the trail. The only downside is the parking lot at the trailhead is small and the police come around often to ticket cars parked on the dirt road up so expect to park in the neighborhood below and walk an extra mile to the trailhead.

1st time in Moab...this is a must do for all..awesome trail make sure you do the complete 9.4 miles..

We did this trail with our 7 month old in the backpack carrier and our husky/golden retriever dog. We loved it, and it was easy enough with baby. Totally worth doing for the arch at the end, it's an amazing sight.

Amazing views. A definite must when visiting Moab.

Great to wheel and plenty of scenery. Did the trail in a 2wd forerunner nissan titan.

Short hike. Great views. Some nice ledge spots at the end.

nice short hike with amazing views

Good hike overall. Our favourite part was the fact there were no other people around. Views were nice. Agree with previous reviews that the path is a bit sketchy towards the top, and the path is not that well marked up there either.

Great trail for dogs! Lots of water to play and swim around in. Beautiful, lush vegetation.

Beautiful hike in Moab. Last part to get over to the arches is a steep rock referred to as ‘the ladder’ and was too steep and slick for my dog so we couldn’t go all the way, but the view was still spectacular!

Absolutely gorgeous at every turn. Prepare to have wet feet and cross the river no less than 50 times but well worth it. Even wet, socks help so bring a pair in case. One of my favorite hikes ever.

Let me assist with the directions after my experience today:
Mile marker 141. Drive in over the Railroad tracks and follow the road to the right. Second large parking lot. Park there for Dinosaur tracks. When done continue down that road and park and walk a mile to the dinosaur bones. Don’t drive in the deep sand unless your car/truck can handle it or get stuck.

Both sites are worth seeing and good if you can to do something heading in or out of Moab. Bring water if you walk that sandy mile.

Absolutely gorgeous area. we did Fins and Things trail with our CanAm and it was exciting and adventurous.

Incredible views!!! First hike after arriving in Moab and I loved every minute! It was surprisingly not too crowded arriving Saturday afternoon, we even got some photos without people in the background. I would do this one again for sure!

Some of the reviews made us nervous to go on this hike. We chose to do the hike anyway because we wanted somewhere we could enjoy the water.

This hike was amazing. We went the first weekend of May and the traffic wasn’t bad at all. The man made waterfall is right at the beginning of the trail and kind of lame, but the natural waterfall a mile in was BEAUTIFUL. The natural waterfall was surrounded by giant red sandstone and a nice swimming area. Definitely an easy, quick hike.

Great views, great moderate trail to test your driving skills and feel how the machines operate under you. Drive all the way to Hurah Pass for scenic views on all sides.

This hike was great for our 9 year old Husky. The scenery is beautiful and it is nice being by the water. Definitely a dog friendly trail. The only drawback is the trail is not always clearly marked.

Busy trail, but easy and quick to run to arch and back. Amazing views and worth the time and effort to go to the arch.

Do this hike. Beautiful.

This was our first 'off-roading' adventure in Utah.. and not our last, but of course our quickest bail out due to not knowing what to expect. We went over several creek beds and turned around without finishing it. Now that I see, we only went in less than a mile and came out! We really pansied out! We did drive further on the next road over that went to Fisher's Towers. There are also some campsites on this road that would be amazing to stay at! (We went on Sept. 10, 2017)

This was fun! Lots of creek crossing and incredible views and rock formations. This trail offers a awesome insight into the geology of the area. If you continue on to the Thompson Canyon/Polar Mesa it is it a much rougher trail but worth it (you'll need higher ground clearance). These combined trails make a great loop ride (we hate retracing our tracks). You end up on the Castle Valley Road heading back to Route 128. Again awesome views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.

It is long especially if you continue after Hurrah Pass to Chicken Corners. It started getting dark so we had to turn around and head back before we got to the end of Chick.Corners. Super fun, easy trail, even on a Saturday the traffic was sparse. Views were awesome! We have a Wrangler Rubicon and had zero problems.

Wonderful hike. Very easy, and great views throughout the entire time. Dogs were welcome which is awesome. Really relaxing to hang out in the shade under the arch once you make it. Will absolutely go back ~!!

Wonderful hike to a beautiful arch. Lots of families on the trail.

The trail is no longer marked and is not delineated on the map in the parking lot. I think travel to the arch is being discouraged.
