First time experience coming here and hiking. Love it! Can’t wait to see what’s up ahead.

We were lucky enough to stay at the lodge during our visit. We caught the first shuttle from the lodge every morning (6:15 am) and were at the trail heads before the crowds rolled in. A wonderful piece of God’s Country that should not be missed.

Not a very hard hike took my 5 year old and he walked by himself the whole time.

A really good trail. We went there looking for the Anasazi cave. We walked right past it, it’s not well marked but we finally found it on the way back.
Well-maintained and a great place to relax on a nice hike. No crowds either we only saw about five people in two hours.

The Virgin River Trail was beautiful. You can also bike or ride your horse on that trail. Pink walled canyons, black cliffs with cactus growing out of them, the sound of the river were all really nice. Wide road style trail. Crossing the river and creek to link up with the other trail is unclear and hard. Prepare to bushwhack and get full of goatheads. Not quite sure how it was done the first time because the trail shows a lot of doubling back where the initial poster was obviously looking for a way across. I didn’t continue on because I ran out of time. Be aware that the river crossing involves some trial and error and ideally a hiking stick.

Enjoyable cross-country hike with several climbs.

Loved it! Soo beautiful!

I love driving in from Mt. Carmel Junction on Route 9 and entering the park at the less crowded east entrance...then making your way past Checkerboard Mesa and the gorgeous back country before coming through the tunnel and down into the main canyon by way of the switchbacks. Springdale is a beautiful and fun small town to explore just outside the south entrance. And the drive from there to Hurricane is very scenic as well. I am 99% sure we saw a rare California Condor fly directly over us on this last leg of the drive!

beautiful Utah scenery....

Definitely going back :-)

Very scenic drive through Zion's.

The tunnel is old and VERY dark but it's absolutely stunning and the best way to drive through Zion

Pretty drive through Zion National Park. The tunnels along the way are really cool.

One of the best scenic drives in the USA, probably the world. Keep an eye out for bighorn sheep.

Be sure to go on a short hike east of the tunnel for a great view of the Park

This is Utah route 9, going thru Zion's 1.1 mile tunnel, and out thru the east entrance. Great views!
