Nice hike but trail is a bit confusing as there’s many forks and cut off to other trails but not obvious signage.

5/16 Closed down to a recent fire. Check before heading out. Believe should be open in a couple days from what I was told. Was waiting to ensure all hot spots are gone.

Great trail as always.

The start of this trail is unavailable when the road is closed. You will have to start at the campground and pay a 7$ fee. From the campground the easiest way to find the trail is to cross the road again or walk along the road to the start on all trails app. We did not do any of that lol. We started from the campground parking lot and it added about a mile to the distance. Theres a decent amount of switchbacks when you get halfway through the trail. Not much shade. On the way back down, to cut some milage off, we took the happy camper trail back down the mountain to the entrance of the campground. Overall great scenery and easy to follow if you know where to start.

Great climb and easy rollers after.

Enjoyed this one. Good quad/calf burn to start with the switchback side. Then trail run from there on. Saw 2 groups of bikers, not overly crowded. Go in the morning or evening to avoid too much sun exposure. Good views. Will hit this one again. Pine canyon gate wasn’t open yet, so had to park lower and go up road. Didn’t realize happy trails hooked in.

nice

I love this trail! It's sooo pretty. Full of nature, quiet, nice to walk. Definitly check out "ale of a few" on top! There we're some tiny muddy/snowy spots but they should dry out soon.

Nice hike as far as we had time for. Started at WOW trailhead parking. Looks like a nice hike to the top (probably doubles the miles). Looks like a good MTB trail too.

Nice easy trail with all the kids. Perfect weather at the beginning of October!

We didn't do the 'nature loop', stayed on the trail for almost 3 miles, then turned around and came down. Beautiful Fall colors and view of the golf course. Lots of mountain bikers, but all very friendly and polite! Not very shaded.

Really quick horseback ride up to a great lookout. The trails are super well maintained.

I parked at the WoW lot and hiked in to the loop. I added in the 'Ale of a View detour to go to the top and totaled 7.9 miles from door to door based on my Runtastic app. I went counterclockwise and felt like it wasn't a killer hike, but enough of a climb to let you know you were doing something! Some shady areas, no water. My dog enjoyed it! Would be a great horse trail too!

It’s a dog friendly trail. Has tons of shade. We hiked with a little girl and she loved looking around! It’s right next to the road so it’s a bit hidden. Just park your car and it’s across the street. Beautiful scenery with the creek. We stopped by the creek had our picnic and sat on a bench and trees! We also got to a dead end area where there had been a rock slide long time ago. We climbed that too (I don’t recommend) lol overall really nice hike!
