Encountered a homeless individual while crossing under the hwy 99 bridge. Beware.

best mtb park in Houston whit difference level up to 20 miles of trails

No longer closed, but the entrance has been moved. During Hurricane Harvey, a portion of the trail and much of the entrance were washed-out. The trail has been rerouted, the mountain bike obstacles repaired, and the entrance moved further from the river. Overall a very enjoyable trail.

Closed!!! 10/30/17

Great place to run!

Loop around man made lake then mountain bike trails through slightly forested area. Nice walk around dog parks and path is good for feet. Not challenging at all- just walking flat

Smaller trails still closed but very nice park. The husband, dogs, and I enjoyed it.

Went at the hottest part of the day and it was tolerable.. the shaded area was a definite reprieve from the Texas sun. Saw turtles, fish, squirrels, 1 cardinal, and spiders which is a plus for kids. Quite a few dog walkers and bikers. Wanted a longer trail. trail clean & well kept look out for Pokemon go followers. emergency call booths available.

great workout

I Love this trail. I live close to it and is a great quick morning session. Unfortunately, it's still closed due to flooding of the Brazos. I guess I'll just do the boring trail today which is part of the park "Sugar Land Memorial Park.

Love the trail and it's honestly one of my favorites for mountain biking and honing skills. Completely swamped though from the rain and the Brazos rising, so it'll be a while before it's well enough to use. I cannot wait for this trail to reopen!! (It's close to home for me, and driving up to Memorial or the Anthills isn't fun if you want a quick ride haha)

Trail in good condition; Lots of fun!! Nice dips and turns. Went after yesterday's rain and was really 'muddy' in the lower parts of the trail.

An easily accessible paved trail of ~4.5 mi out & back if you go to the end in both directions.

Not the most scenic, I wouldn't put it as a must for out-of-towners (go to Brazos Bend) but for locals who need a go-to running path, here it is!

This is a large flat area in between houses in a nice part of town. It's got a Creek running through which makes for some interesting wild life from time to time and we got some juicy mulberries in the spring. But it's usually pretty crowded. So for those of you looking for great views or more interesting landscape its boring.
