Great mix of concrete trails & dirt paths to explore. My wife, our dog, & I have been slowly exploring all the trails on the weekends & can safely say that even after 3 trips out there, we still have more to explore! Highly recommend it!

Nice walking trail. Wasn’t as much shade as I thought for late morning walk but it was still a good trail to get a few miles in.

This was a great open train to ride, not to heavily trafficked and clean. Connects to many other trails and a good easy trail

Awesome trail! We saw some ducks and ducklings, a Great Blue Heron, a beaver and some blue jays! Much more wildlife than I expected being right in the middle of Plano! We will definitely be visiting again soon!

Fun morning hike with the kids. Some muddy spots. Wish we could’ve gone down to the creek in a better area. Some mention of snakes but we didn’t see any. Lots of wildflowers outside the wooded area.

I think the trail is maybe closer to 3 miles. It's fairly easy, but being a prior Marine, I make everyone hike with 50+ lbs in their pack to get more of a workout of it. it also has numerous trails that you can combine to make the fun last longer.

Just lovely cement paved trail area with lots of options for biking, running, hiking, and just plain walking. We walked this visit. This would be awesome to see at peak wildflower season (April). Go early, very popular spot in Plano. We came at 8:20am on Sunday, beautiful day, and parking lot was half full. Expect a lot of everything on the trails, including dogs. Watch where you step as dog owners are not always thoughtful to clean up the sideways after their dogs. Bring water. Area has a restroom, water fountain, and playground. Saw pictures being taken in the park. Not much birding, could hear them but only saw a cardinal and a squirrel. Overall nice place.

trails are not maintained at all. overgrowth everywhere.

disappointed with this place. the trails are not maintained at all. over growth everywhere.

I recommend it! My daughter and I enjoyed it very much. People there are very frinendly. We will defiantly go back again.

Parts of the outer loop are inaccessible due to erosion, suggested entry to the outer loop would be from the open field trail leg that continues into the Upland Forest habitat. Excellent trail in every other way!

The Open Field Trail in particular was covered in wildflowers and butterflies.

It was Mother’s Day so it was very crowded. It rained 2 days before so everything was really muddy but we enjoyed it anyway.

good trails for taking your dogs. Bobcat run is a very pretty wooden pathway. Dirt trails are a bit overgrown in some areas.

One of the best trails in the area. Today the hike was a bit muddy die to recent rain. Watch for erosion and unsteady ground when it's like this. The rocks are very slippery off trail. Enjoy the beautiful flowers alongside the trail!

very nice trail with lots of people

I ride my bike on this trail 3x week and walk 4 miles once/week with my wife. I like it because you are always on the trail and only cross a few residential streets.

Hiked on 4-21-19. Beautiful trail with lots of wildflowers, big landscapes, winding woodsy areas. Great place considering how close it is to the city. The dogs loved it, too.
