Great mix of concrete trails & dirt paths to explore. My wife, our dog, & I have been slowly exploring all the trails on the weekends & can safely say that even after 3 trips out there, we still have more to explore! Highly recommend it!

Nice walking trail. Wasn’t as much shade as I thought for late morning walk but it was still a good trail to get a few miles in.

This was a great open train to ride, not to heavily trafficked and clean. Connects to many other trails and a good easy trail

Awesome trail! We saw some ducks and ducklings, a Great Blue Heron, a beaver and some blue jays! Much more wildlife than I expected being right in the middle of Plano! We will definitely be visiting again soon!

good trails for taking your dogs. Bobcat run is a very pretty wooden pathway. Dirt trails are a bit overgrown in some areas.

I ride my bike on this trail 3x week and walk 4 miles once/week with my wife. I like it because you are always on the trail and only cross a few residential streets.

Love this trail as part of my daily routine. It’s very family/pet friendly with beautiful bluebonnet fields in the spring. They are doing work to update and clean up the pond. Should be even nicer in a couple months.

Very disappoint, did not see any blue bonnet, today is March 16

Very nice trails, love it, good for road biking.

It’s ok. Just concrete. I prefer dirt trails in the woods. There is already too much concrete to walk on.

Dog friendly, great for being in the middle of the city. A pond you can kayak on and a creek off the dirt trails. It gets busy on the weekends when the weather is nice. Great nature center building with bathrooms etc.

Scout hike

I think everyone is correct. Great if you live near here to get out quick.... don’t drive here.

It is a concrete path the entire hike. It’s easy to follow with slight elevation throughout the trail. Some parts are along residential streets. Good for beginners.

excellent trails, both paved and dirt. spent 3 hours exploring

Great park! Not any dirt trails, but if you look hard enough you can find places to duck down into the river area

Was fun. You can make this your own thing. Nice concrete paths and plenty of dirt paths.

Sidewalk is huge. The area is flat and there are only two big hills. Wind is pretty rough in the winter.

Great little treasure for Plano. Shaded, very family oriented, and pets. Go Ape is located back in here so you can watch participants. Plenty of little trails tucked away from the sun. And best of all, NO CONCRETE.

This is a beautiful place to hike. I explored all the dirt trails and really enjoyed them. If you are a trail runner, these are perfect trails to run on. They are smooth, wide, and free of roots, rocks, etc. I’m a klutz, so I get tripped up easily. But, I could see myself having a pretty safe trail run out here.

I’m trying multiple trails in and around Frisco. Do not go out of your way for this one. Even the creek that runs beside it is sad and laden with trash. As mentioned on other posts there is no spot that you’re not walking through a neighborhood. Much better walking trails nearby such as the 2.5 mile Taychus trail at limestone quarry park in Frisco.
