This is no hiking trail by any means, so I'm rating it on what it is, a paved suburban park walking path. A pleasant walk, peaceful, often with local residents doing various activities. Everything a city park should be.

Not bad park, but not a very well defined path

Good paved walking trail. not adventurous or challenging, but a nice 1 mile walk with dog park, playground, sand volleyball court, pavilion, etc. lots of kids and trail wasn't busy on the nice day I walked it.

lots of things to see. several ponds. lots of ducks and birds! There are so many areas you can explore besides the main path, which is quite overgrown in some places.

This is my favorite place to run. It's paved so it isn't adventurous or anything.

This is a fun trail that's rocky, somewhat paved in places, and grassy. A little pleasant elevation and scenery. One caveat: the all trails map takes the hiker away from the beaten trail on the north end, near the hwy 80 service road. Once you get to the last fork just after the creek, go south (right) instead of north (left) and you're good to go!

This is a trail around a small lake, used by nearby residents. I go here often since I live close by. It's pleasant but nothing special. There are usually people fishing, having a gathering at the large pavilion, and kids playing on the playground. Lots of ducks and even beaver in the lake. A few more trees would make it more hospitable in the warm months.

There are no marked trails or anything that resembles a hiking trail. This site is more of a family or company picnic area. The two ponds are filled with very stagnant water that I wouldn't even fish in.

The trail is easily accessible from hwy 80 yet isolated enough to give you the feeling you are "in the woods" there are some ponds that will bring lots of wildlife, small mammals, birds, and BUGS (bring repellent). There is no water on the trail so bring your own. Also the trail lacks signs or any orienteering help so bring some common sense if you lack that then YES your GPS-enabled phone will have reception. It should take you about 1 hr to complete. This is also a perfect mountain biking training site for newbies. Bluebonnets blanket the prairie in April-May and it looks very scenic.

This is a city park with a paved walking trail. Its located in a large field with a small creek running through it, there is very minimal tree coverage. The photo of the park is no where near accurate. This park is no more than a paved walking trail with an attached playground and pavillion.
