Definitely easy to maneuver and there is always an easier way down those trains.

Pretty site, just lots of trash. Trails are hard to tell apart from the places that are just washed out, and the views are pretty great for a city park.

No trail. Seriously. We hunted. There is a park called love circle but the trailhead leads to an empty lot with no way to walk farther.

The main trail is definitely the highlight. Very pretty, lots of wildlife (including birds, deer, armadillos, lizards). Great views of the lake and not too much elevation where just about everyone can enjoy the entire loop. One of the best trails in North Texas.

Ok, we reallllly loved this hike. It wore us out! Lots of beautiful things to see! Be prepared! There is a beautiful spot by the water to sit down and have lunch we loved it!
Now, there are a few things I think that need to be said about this place. THE TRAILS HAVE NO MARKERS! We did not know we were on a bike trail pretty much the whole time! We almost caused an accident a few times because we honestly did not know. The bike trails are pretty active so keep your ears open to listen for them!
Make sure you wear some good hiking shoes! (not flip flops

It was nice but kinda crowded and really dirty. Lots of trash and it smelled kinda bad. The falls were really nice, and it was a good climb. Just dirty.

Amazing kept trail. No dogs allowed.

Awesome trail clean and very easy to get around. You can walk or ride your bike. A lot of great scenery.

I’m not a fan of all sidewalk for a hike, which this is, but it was a pretty trail. I think best suited for bicycles though. We tracked almost

Great trail. I like all the twists and turns as a change to the straight of some of the other trails.

Wish it allowed dogs!!

A trail close to home that I visit often and have hiked many times. I will return soon.

Love this beautiful trail!

Park is completely shut down & locked up & the southern most parking area doesn’t even have a road going to it anymore! It’s all overgrown so it obviously hasn’t been accessible for quite some time! Totally wasted my time & gas!!

Great for a nice walk. Easy path and saw some deer along the way.

We took our dog and she had a lot of fun. There are a lot of bikes to watch out for if you are going to be walking but other than that, it's a really beautiful trail.

lots of glass in some areas. steep onclines. mind some of the trash if you have dogs or young kids overall really good trail

Beautiful scenic hike in DFW area. Very clean too.

Rode from University Street to Downtown Fort Worth. Seven miles round trip. Fun easy ride.

Beautiful view but like a previous review, there is a bunch of trash and way too much broken glass all over the trail. No markers either.

This trail is wonderful! It has a little bit of everything: forest that reminds me of hiking in the northeast, desert/canyon, creek and river. It is pretty steep and rocky in parts so be careful with little kids or if your dog pulls a lot. There are many shoot off trails that lead straight to the water and small private areas where people fish. It is also a biking trail so be aware of what's going on in front and behind you. There are hardly trail markers and many many paths. Most of the paths connect or lead back to other trails so I wasn't worried about getting lost. Just as a precaution though I used the all trail tracker. Overall great trail, I'll definitely be coming back with my pup again.

Nice trails, love all the switch backs. The lack of trail markers wasn’t a big deal to me because there’s a map at the trailhead. This place could be so beautiful if it weren’t for all the trash. Unfortunately, we share this planet with lazy fucks that don’t respect the beauty that surrounds us.

Great if you’re walking with a small child and/or stroller.

Great trail. You get to the trailhead by starting at Prairie and working you way down and taking the east trail at the split. That will get to a TV where you will see a sitting bench and the trailhead for Oak Motte. Total for us was just over 3 miles from where we parked. Wide trails almost the while way. Not crowded and enough couples and families that one would feel safe alone. Our dog loved the trail, that's not saying much because she loves every trail. We took our time at a 2.7 mph and it took us about an hour with photo stops.

some of it can get confusing, had to follow map at times, other times easy trail to follow. different terrain, rock, dirt, and grass trail mix. Next to water for some and pretty views! We enjoyed it, will go again.

Nice trail. Some steep hills to get the heart going. Great views of the lake. You can get close to the deer.

Paved trail. Pretty nice except some idiot decided to run his pickup truck on the trail.

Pretty nice paved trail, my only complaint is that some idiot decided to run his pickup truck on the trail.

Nice for a 2 mile walk/run

Parts of the trail where little more than just a mowed path. I think it's really just there to add miles to trail system.
