I go there for dog walking. See deer and roadrunners there from time to time. Good shade. Near my home which is nice!

This was a fun trail. It went along the river for a beautiful hike. There were so many different trails I felt a bit lost at times. So many trails.

I thought this location was great for kids except for it was a little slippery after the rain there's a nice park at the entrance of the trail not crowded.

This was our first time hiking since before our youngest was born. Let me tell you, this trail was so much fun! Ups, downs, rocks and trees!! There are a few places that smelled like sewer since you’re practically walking next to a sewer line the whole way. However, you can only smell it every once in a while. My 7 year old had a blast checking everything out!

This entirety of this trail is on a level and paved sidewalk, so it is a very easy and pleasant walk, in addition to being handicapped accessible. There is a bit of shade on parts of it in the earlier or later parts of the day, but for the most part it’s pretty exposed. It runs behind and between neighborhoods, along a creek, and adjacent to ballfields in community sport complexes. There is a decent amount of bird spotting available and sometimes there are trees along the sidewalk, but I would not call it a wooded trail. It was a pleasant walk, and it would be great to bring kids and strollers on.

I enjoyed this place! Dog friendly. I tried different trails to see which ways is easier for myself and my friend(s) to walk on the trail. Next time, will try other way. Overall, nice place and free!

Nice trail. We saw many birds and river with water as it was after a rainy day. Lots of paved road and people walking with dogs. It is short but recommended. The trail was recorded backwards. So my final point will be actually the parking location and the trail is back and forth.

Very pleasant walk - some parts shaded and some parts sunny, but lots of variety along the way with things to look at. Lots of off leash dogs, though they were all well behaved. Lots of bikes, but no one was going so fast that it made it hard to share the trail. In the middle of the walk there were water fountains and bathrooms in Pease Park, for which I was grateful! And at the 6th St end, there’s an eatery with an outdoor terrace overlooking the trail, which allows dogs, so that was a nice treat when we got there!

Busy trail on weekends, but nice terrain. Lots of rocks and tree roots. I actually tripped on a root and fell. If you are trail running make sure you are looking out for roots and rocks. There are sewer drains along the route, but the smell isn't noticeable in the winter.

Went on bike ride with Becky while kids were at mimis house.

this park is a blessing in the city. my only request is that where there are roots disengaged from the soil they be cut or covered. otherwise damage to hikers and dogs can easily occur.

absolutely love this trail, you have many options to make your ride difficult or easy. I love the little ramps and drops. the trail is smooth with nice scenery.

Loved the trail for an easy afternoon hike. We had our two dogs with us so I loved that there were some areas that they could be off-leash since that’s what they’re used to. We went on a Saturday with perfect weather so the trails were pretty busy with bikers which was probably the only slightly annoying thing we experienced.

Amazing trail near to where I live to my convenience. Good for walking, hiking, running, picnicking, fishing, ect.

A beautiful, paved trail that goes through wooded areas, under a railroad, and more. Family friendly with lots of shade.
