Muddy, overgrown. Beautiful scenery, but be prepared to eat webs and bugs for 2.5 miles.

pretty muddy in spots, good for a family trek, but seemed like you were still in the city most of the time; lots of traffic noise ect.

This is a quiet somewhat deep woods trail. Slight elevation and slightly overgrown foliage. Very peaceful environment. However, even though it was an 80degree sunny day there was so much mud on this trail that at times it was not worth doing. High top waterproof hiking boots a must!!

What a great dog trail hike! 2 miles of happy wagging tail fun.

It’s been raining for the past few days, the trails were soggy so we only made it about 1 mile in. Turned around to avoid damaging the trails.

Pretty straightforward hike, although they must have just gotten some rain because more than a dozen spots were mud ridden. Beautiful scenery!

This is a pretty nice trail with plenty of parking, but you don't want to go after it's rained. There are a lot of areas that get muddy.

Nice trail outside of Nashville. Park at the winery/distillery and head towards the amphitheater. You will notice a small trail sign on the left. It was not a challenging hike, but watch for roots and rocks hidden below the leaves. There were only 3 muddy spots. We didn’t see anyone the entire hike.

nice short hike. great for pets! it was a little challenging to find where the trail began.

Great trail that is close and can be completed in an hour or so. Not challenging but fun for walking your dog. I walked in the morning of November and the trail was carpeted in leaves making it so much better.

Fun trail. Smooth and wide, so not challenging from a hiking standpoint. But significant elevation change to make it fun. I went with my 4-yr old and he had fun. Good family trail.

Great little hike before hitting the distillery and wine tasting at Fontanel. Highly recommended, nice views of the mansion along the walk

Great workout for my present condition -- moderately challenging but not too strenuous. A good family experience for us.

Nice place for a run, the paved "track" around the field in front of the amphitheater is right at .5 miles. It's nice to string together 2 or 3 laps around the trail with a lap around the paved loop in between. Enjoyable anytime.

Very short trail I think it's less than 2 miles. Short distance is good for my little dog. Grounds people didn't seem to mind both of my dogs off leash. Not a trail if your looking for long workout. Short, sweet, simple and great for dogs.
