This is a great hike. Trails are good, lots of creeks to cross, but easy, not many mountain views, maybe in winter. River crossing at Middle Prong/Panther Creek. 2800 feet of elevation, but spread out so not bad.

This is a very nice hike, but I would hardly rate it as easy due to 4 separate creek crossings and elevation changes. I would not hike the trail for the sole purpose of seeing the waterfall, but the trail scenery is wonderful and well worth the hike.

Great short trail with a rewarding waterfall. No crowds at all Sept 9th. on Sunday, in fact we only met 6 other hikers. The parking lot was full when we returned at about 2:30 with everyone swimming in the Sinks.

Our family of 15, including 9 grandchildren, had a fantastic time! The trail to Meigs falls is a very easy two mile hike. The trail is an easy running trail with few roots and rocks. I ran to the ridge trail and back to the sinks. There are many stream crossings that are easy on the stepping stones. We spent several hours jumping off the rocks into the creek and swimming. The water is so deep there are no worries about hitting the bottom. What great memorable day.

Not many other hikers. Good time with my family. Wasn’t what I would consider “easy” but it wasn’t extremely difficult.

This hike is on the moderate side of easy. There is a good amount of elevation change that may be difficult for some. There are 4 creek crossings right before the waterfall. Very few other hikers using the trail on the day we used it.

We really enjoyed this hike, and with an 8 and 15 year old thought it was a little tougher then easy. We loved crossing the river a couple times, and the water falls at the sinks are gorgeous. We had the waterfall at the 1.7 mile point all to ourselves for about 15mins, which was nice after the over crowded Laurel Falls bike yesterday. There was hardly anyone on this trail since most people stayed at the sinks.

This was the best hike we did during our time here. We arrived at 11 am, and only saw 4 other hikers the entire time. The trail was well maintained and perfect for our three kids (5,6,7). The switchbacks with slippery rocks and trees to get across the creeks made it a fun family adventure. Not to mention that it was a beautiful hike coming up on water streams multiple times. And the falls at the beginning were strikingly powerful after the rains we had. Highly recommend!

nice open trail, much more difficult than anticipated with the incline and decline. Kids enjoyed it however.

Not a busy trail that follows a creek. You will also see a pretty small fall.

Not easy but also not moderate. Great trail. Would also be good for kids.

Great trail; waterfalls at start and finish. Easy going and, apart from the parking, we saw no-one.
