Love this place. Hike here a few times per week! I enjoy the variety of the trails.

Hawks Trail

I these trails are underrated for everyday riding....I've ridden mtn bikes for years all over the US. these trails offer lots of high quality fast single track. no big jumps or extreme technical sections. well maintained and usually not crowded.
lots of parking, restrooms and changing facilities....nothing fancy, but more than adequate.

Very nice!!! Up and down trails

I did Big Red loop and had a great time! A little more elevation but nothing overly difficult. Brought my dog and had a great time!

wonderful well marked trails. i use it for hiking/running but bikers love it too. southern university does a fantastic job of keeping these trails clear of debris.

Clear trails, very well kept!

Easy for kids. Stream along trail.

absolutely love to be on these trails with the dogs, we come here at least once a week

Great place to hike. Very well signed. Did about 8 miles, all at night. Very nice layout.

Easy and not much to see. Just exercise

Great hike today with the dogs. Very happy with how easily we navigated this trail with the dogs. Very well marked, easy trail.

Dope. Dice and smooth yet still has features. Makes for a great ride!

Absolutely beautiful park and trails!! We loved this park so much we visited twice during our Chattanooga vacation. There are trails for every skill/difficulty level and the trails are well marked and clean, with frequent benches to catch your breath or enjoy the scenery. We were there at the beginning of November and enjoyed the fall colors and peaceful walk through the woods. Wish I lived closer to this wonderful park!

Love the atmosphere of the trail..
Must see to enjoy.

Well maintained trail here next to the local college. I really enjoyed the hike today! Many branches of trails to do.

Great trails, well maintained and labeled

I ran the Black Mtn, TNT and Log Rhythm sections and it was awesome. Well marked and gently rolling , perfect for any level trail runner . So thankful this is part of our beautiful city !

This is a beautifully maintained trail with lots of rolling hills and interesting old army weapons bunkers tucked into hill sides along the way. The Hidden Lake at the bottom was a great little surprise. We walked at a fast pace for a total of 5 miles. They were setting up for a Halloween Spooky run later in the day, which looked like it would be a great family time. Can't wait to go back when we have time and finish the trail.

Best place for trail or road running in Chattanooga area. Also a well kept secret as it is never crowded.

This is a very well maintained set of trails. They are a very short distance from my house, so I am sure I will be using them again.

Easy walk in the woods

Trails rated as difficult high but thats is for biking it. You can walk it easy. And there are plenty of different routes to take

Very well maintained and marked trails offering a variety of difficulty for mountain biking, trail running or hiking. Excellent place to take the dogs. No particular points of interest, per se, just a pretty walk thru the woods (although the White Oak Ridge section off of the orange and yellow loops looks like it offers a beautiful view in the fall/winter).

Great trails!

One of my favorites!

on Single Track Loop

It is mostly for walking, not hiking. The trails were well maintained and highly trafficed with walkers and bikers, but there were no overlooks even though trails specifically stated they had some. There were cool bunkers and some wildlife though (spring at least).

Well kept bike trails, moderate walking trails or just drive the loop which offers some lovely views of the surrounding mountains, and the VW plant. Deer can usually be seen along the way also.
