Great hike...wish they allowed trail running but if without that...wonderful trail. Very well maintained!

Really just a walk and not a hike. Beautiful view of downtown Nashville. Amazing city with amazing music and food.

Fantastic bird activity. Good less traveled area in the early AM.

Nice little 2 mile trail west of Nashville. On the easy side, but gets a bit technical going up the narrow trails around the edge of the lake. There are several bluffs overlooking the lake as well. Follow the signs to Hidden Lake, where you will walk up to the lake at the lower part of the basin. After hanging for a minute, you will circle around to continue on the trail. Be very careful, especially with dogs, as there are some large slabs of slanted rock that a dog will try to cross and could easily slip and fall down the side of the cliff. Navigate around behind them, and continue up around the top of the lake. Not overly challenging, but definitely narrow and a little daunting if you happen to be afraid of heights.

Easy...flat and level but poorly marked and muddy in places. No shade. Great for kids and dogs.

Fairly busy with bikers, walkers, and dogs. But a very nice loop.

Nice little hike just outside of Nashville. Get there early if you want to listen to the natural world. It gets busy early.

If you’re looking for signs marking the Beaman Park Loop, you’ll be confused / out of luck! This trail is really the Henry Hollow Trail (white blazes) which connects to the Ridgetop trail (red blazes). Overall an enjoyable hike, the creek was beautiful, and the weather was mild! A few blow downs across the trail but nothing that would impede progress. There’s some “construction” along the Ridgetop trail and some sections in either side roped off, but the full Ridgetop trail is still open.

Nice trail but no dogs allowed. It’s clearly marked, but the privileged few will still ignore it.

A shame how run down the walking area is at the top. This place needs some tlc. Gore’s views of downtown Nashville though
