I went after the area got some pretty good rain, so there was a lot of standing water. As a result, tons of buggies. Great trail though, plenty of ups and downs to keep things interesting. Mostly shaded the entire way through.

It rained recently, so some of the slopes were a bit muddy. Recommend trekking poles for post-rain hikes. The trail shown might be an old trail; the path I took is significantly different and lacks obvious trail blazes, but leads to the right areas. Strongly recommend bug spray at this time of year; the mosquitoes were out in force! All in all, good trail, had a lot of fun.

Love this trail for running

Love it will come back

Love love love this trail! Lots of ups and downs. Flowers in bloom! Had a few areas where it smelled bad but not enough to make me not want to return. Trail was well kept and very easy to follow. I felt like I received a pretty reasonable workout on this trail. Yes I will return!

Trail was in great shape.

I run about once a week for conditioning and this was a great challenge for me. Fair and fun.

My favorite trail to run in Memphis. If you’re the first runner in the morning in the summer be ready to knock down spiderwebs for everyone else!

I give it 5 stars for around the Memphis area. Lot of ups and downs. Went during the fall and had some pretty views of deep valleys and the wetlands. Couple of benches set up along the way to sit and rest and enjoy the view. Only down side I see is it is an inner city park and the trains go right beside the park but overall a nice little park.

Very easy trail, great for walking, running, or biking.

Well-used and well-lit. It's paved but has a few rough spots. Nice city park walking trail.

Great trail. Nice scenery.

This trailhead is very hard to find. I drove around for 30 min without finding it then gave up. I ended up walking the paved trail.

My husband and I have taken the kids out as well as going just for the exercise. I have always felt safe and never had any issues.

This trail is a pedestrian crossing and isn’t dangerous at all.

I love this trail!! I run it or bike it, both are great. I've also run it barefoot, but wouldn't suggest it for this particular trail.

nice trail

Terrible. Don't do this bridge. Very loud, dangerous and absolutely no markings or instructions. It is a bridge crossing and should not even be on this app as a trail.

Amazing! Great place and FREE.

I took the trail to where it intersected with the Discovery Trail and followed it to the visitor Center, which was 2.5 miles. I walked the road back to Chucalissa around 1.5 miles and it was nice as well.

There is a foul odor, that may be wastewater treatment, or the oil refinery.

Trails are well marked and easy to navigate. there are a few trees and branches across the trail from last week's storm, but not difficult to navigate around.
Wear bug spray and long pants. Lots of Virginia Creeper, which can cause a rash if you rub up against it.

Nice, but lots of ticks and mosquitoes (avoid bringing a dog, mines was filled with ticks by the end of the hike).

At nearly a mile in length, Big River Crossing is the longest public pedestrian bridge across the Mississippi.
Big River Crossing is also the country’s longest active rail/bicycle/pedestrian bridge. It serves as the connection point of Main Street to Main Street, a 10-mile multi-modal corridor that also features the Delta Regional River Park and Big River Trail, creating ties to attractions between Memphis, TN and West Memphis, AR.

For my dog's sake I give this a 5 star review. When I lived in Cordova we took our dogs here a LOT and they had so much room to run and play. They also had the little pond they could jump in and play.

I loved it!!! Beautiful Sabbath with God's creation!!! Spent most of my Saturday there.

It's an intermediate trail with some bumps and sharp turns and you would enjoy it when it's raining.
