Great hike, moderate inclines, be sure to bring water! Stopped towards the end on a secluded bench to have a picnic lunch!

Awesome hiking trail. Do the whole thing and it’s a great workout!

Great bunch of trails. All are single track except main loop at Concord East. Several down trees so be careful on first loop ride. Why are there not a black trail marking for Concord east trails??

the day was too humid to really enjoy, but the trail is well marked and is relaxing once you can escape the flood of people at the front. the rocky trail part was challenging due to the up and down nature of it. my Fitbit thought I had done 36 flights of stairs!

Mountain Bike Trails are a blast! Many options for many skill levels! Good times!

I ride here a lot, with a little time you can find a route that is a great work out and skill building. A whole lot more here than meet the reviews. Trails not marked well but all loop back to park road. Check with the bike shop at the main entrance for info. Or grab a local rider for a tour.

I only hiked paved part of trail so scenery didn't change much in the 2.5 miles I did. This section is well suited as a bike trail.

It can be very hot due to lack of coverage from trees. The trails aren’t always the best marked according to which direction you take the trail but overall it is good exercise. There are also some pretty viewing points.

Very narrow paths, moderate trail. Be careful of snakes, ran across one on my hike. Beautiful views!

very dangerous hike down to the falls slippery Rocks more like hiking down a cliff but the waterfall was beautiful

A very enjoyable hike that left me feeling refreshed and satisfied. The walk to the top was long and tiring, but the view was totally worth it. Also, two deer blessed me with their brief presence.

Short trails, great for a quick walk in nature close by. I don't know if it was just this time of year but there were parts of the trail where the brush was totally overgrown and me and my pup were high stepping in knee high thicket. Most of the trail was well kept. Also there are some points in the trail that could be marked clearer for those who don't have the greatest sense of direction. There are some forks in the trail with no markers indicating which path leads to where, so know that. Overall a seemingly good option close to town for a quick one in nature.

Very pretty, short hike.

Conveniently located for us and scenic, but be aware that there is no “trail.” Rather, it is a tangle of interlacing biking and hiking paths. You can choose your own route and there seems to be an intersection every 50 yards or less, often much less, so the route options are endless.

First time there mtn biking, super friendly hikers and bikers. Not a technical ride but super enjoyable. My next time I will push harder and enjoy some of the things I missed due to first time ride. You can fly thru some sections and there are some banked turns. Not alot of rocks or roots that I would brake for. Greatly maintained and marked. Do it. Start on Chestnut and plenty of options from there.

Great trail for paved running with a stroller. The hills with a stroller were a good challenge

Always feel safe even when I am alone. This track leads to Ezra Park with woodsy trails and to Haw Ridge with more woodsy trails next to the lake. Beautiful in early morning.

Perfect for when I don't want to drive too far from home. I always see deer. If you do not like bugs or Spider webs save this for winter. offers many mini trails. just adorable.

I know a lot of people love this trail, and honestly I hate rating trails bad because I know there’s always a lot at play, but I can genuinely say this is just not a good trail. Views are very mediocre, trail is terribly wonky and poorly marked, and it’s very crowded. So I know a lot of people like it, but if you are like me and carry a camera and huge backpack, just avoid this place. I took no pictures and I got stared at strangely by the hundreds of tweens walking this trail to try and find a place to “hang out” away from mom and dad.

Very pretty in places, need to get on to riverwalk or valley view to obtain some solitude. One turn is easy to miss and you end up on private property, but signs tell you quickly and well marked on the turnaround. Today was too muggy to enjoy it though.

More technical than most mid TN trails, lots of rocks. Love it though and have been riding this trail for a long time. This is the first local mountain bike trail that I remember.

Again Yekew is incorrect, hikers, runners, and dogs on a leash are allowed. No horses, no motorized vehicles.

Pedestrians have the right-of-way, cyclists do not.

An enjoyable trail run that turned into a hike. I went after office hours on a weekday and saw appx 6 people on trail.

My go to mountain bike trail!

Great hike. I will definitely do this trail again. However, it is confusing at the beginning. But once your in about 1/2 mile it’s very easy to follow the trail.

Nice hills for quick but good workout in about an hour. Shady trail. Take the stairs up/down to add a little extra to the workout.

Sort of boring but very scenic and crowded. Take the good with the bad, I guess!

Trails were not maintained very well. It would have been super easy to get loat, trails are marked by blue dots on trees.
