Short and simple walk through the woods.

The trail is interesting but not very well defined. The worst part is that a lot of people use the trail to walk their dogs. They tend to ignore the leash requirement and make no attempt to pick up their pets' poop. There are poop bags available at the trail head, but I have yet to see someone with one in hand. Actually stepped on poop during one of my runs. I have run the trail a half a dozen times and have never seen any park staff on the trail nor any law enforcement in the area. Lovely place but poorly managed and insecure.

The causeway being out made for a longer walk, as the crossing light took FOREVER to come on.

Great morning jaunt along the Cumberland River. This is a great walk to do in conjunction with other trails in the area.

great hike with kids!

I ride here a lot, with a little time you can find a route that is a great work out and skill building. A whole lot more here than meet the reviews. Trails not marked well but all loop back to park road. Check with the bike shop at the main entrance for info. Or grab a local rider for a tour.

Conveniently located for us and scenic, but be aware that there is no “trail.” Rather, it is a tangle of interlacing biking and hiking paths. You can choose your own route and there seems to be an intersection every 50 yards or less, often much less, so the route options are endless.

Love this trail yet Saturday mornings are crowded if you get there after 0730. Weekdays are perfect!

My go to mountain bike trail!

Nice trail but when they “fixed” the lake they turned it into a mosquito breeding pond swamp nothing more

My go to hike while I was stationed at Fort Campbell, KY. I would highly recommend to all who love to hike, bike, or trail run.

I’m a photographer and have to say that I live 5 minutes away from it and it’s always a new adventure. Being able to capture something new every single time. Will definitely recommend it to all who visit or are becoming homeowners here.

My kids and I love biking on the greenway. It is wide enough for everyone to share, lots of places to rest, eat, and dispose of trash. Best part is the shade!! That can be crucial to outdoor family bonding in the summer heat.

I’ll bring some more stuff with y’all for la

We're new to the area and went here for a run. Very clean and easy trail. Busy. We'll be back as we train for different races.

very narrow trail, no markers, alot of extreme trail bikers that will run you off the path. Hint - take creek shoes and walk the beautiful creek verses trying to walk the trails.

amazing views and great if you are starting out.

Good trail for kids long enough but not too strenuous for the little guys.

Nice place for a walk

beautiful trail, easy hike. little bit of incline intermittently, not ideal for strollers.

I really liked this park and how easy it was to go through the whole area. It's nice to walk your dog through; just remember they must be on a leash at all times. It's also nice to just sit down and eat at.

So the only reason why I like this path is because you can and I suggest that you do go off path. You will get some really pretty scenery aside from what's on the paved trail. It is nice to go jogging in the morning or evening though and I have liked using this path for my morning jogs. Just make sure you pack at least two bottles of water since its summer and bug spray.

This place was nice since it had a few different trails. My partner was supposed to meet me out here but the rains cut it short sadly. However before they rolled in I was able to go through 90%of the trails and it was nice to jog through and it is very well traveled but not crowded in the least which is nice. I would recommend for those who just want an afternoon or morning jog with the pup or partner.

Beautiful place to walk with my 7 month old!

Very peaceful. ❤️

The trails aren’t very stroller friendly unfortunately. Trails were well marked, however the trailheads were difficult to locate. They did however have nice parking lots and plenty of opportunities to use a restroom if need be. Park was clean and not too many people were around on a Friday afternoon.

Hiked with our 7 year old son. It was a bit strenuous, but he made it like a champ. We loved this trail.

Great running trails. Could get happily lost for hours. Excited to come back!
