What a way to start our trip here at glacier national park! It had enough uphill treks to get you breathing, but enough downhill walks to bring your heart rate back to normal. We saw all agree from newborns being carried by their parents up to very elderly with walking sticks, even a man with 1 leg ! What s view, very tempting to go swimming, beautiful lake!

If you have no other chance to see the redwoods somewhere around the Avenue of Giants then this is a good substitute. The trees here are amazing in their own right. However, this is a crowded trail and a smallish grove. A decent little stop, but if magnificent redwoods are your desire, head south.

Really cool trail! I didnt expect the wraparound views at the end or all the signs to read with information about the area. Go at golden hour! Really cool. Went with our dogs around 5:30-6:30 on a weekday and only saw two other people. The views walking up to the top are really cool too. All paved, not strenuous, would take my parents here and would come back again! No parking lot, all street parking. Streets to get up to the area are narrow!

A very simple, paved trail. I can’t count how many times we’ve done this one over the years - especially if we’re in a very chill mood or maybe have friends or family with us who aren’t particularly suited for something more strenuous. Always enjoyable!

My favorite trail in Nashua. Just absolutely perfect and beautiful. Relatively easy and flat course.

Saw 1 sandhill crane and lots of geese. Great for an evening hike

Did this trail 3 days ago. Easy trail with little effort round trip, even in the rain. Arrived around 3pm, no trouble parking. Bring a snack and enjoy the beauty and peacefulness.

Great paved trail that is next to cottonwood creek. Quick walk with small kids.

it's a walk not a hike, and most the beginning it's just industrial area. but once passed that we got to see 3 orca pods. one was quite close the others in thedistance. that alone made this worth it. it's flat and easy with plenty of wildlife. sea lions, lotsof birds and even a group of well fed cats that apparently live way out on the hook.

This is one of my favorite places to walk. Whether you go clockwise or counterclockwise the path always has a way do taking your breath away. There is always other people there without being crowded. You can walk it two or three times without getting bored but also get some good milage in.

Great Trail for the little ones and for anyone that wants a beautiful view

This is a beautiful view for not a ton of effort! The parking lot was busy at noon on a Saturday, but after circling 3 times we found a spot! We did the whole loop in less than 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Great trail for walking/running with your dog. Beautiful in the hours leading up to sunset—sun rays shine through the trees which provide shade and help keep it cool. Some side trails are have more roots and shrubbery, but the main trail is pretty wide and mostly rocky/almost like a “natural” cobblestone path. There were a few mosquitoes but no more than the average Pacific NW lush mountain trail during the summer. Very easy to get to trailhead from I-90/I-405 which is nice.

Hummel Park and the walking trails are fantastic. If you are new to the city, check out this park.

Perfect sunset stroll. I’d suggest starting about two hours before actual sunset time since that’s when the sun starts slipping behind the cliffs. Then you’re in shade the whole time but still get to see the sunset show on the opposing mountains.

Great trail for a beginner like me! We saw tons of wild flowers, desert plants and bunnies. I'm really glad we went early (9am) to avoid the heat and crowds. Once we we're finishing up, the parking lot was WAY more full.

It is disappointing to see all the homelessness along the path. There are also the scattered remaining of disassembled bikes lying along side. This used to be a rather nice path, sadly not anymore.
