Easy, well marked trail to hike.
This waterfall is my absolute favorite. To say that it’s stunningly beautiful is a complete understatement! It’s truly magical!
100% worth the drive and the hike to get to it!

Easy hike with great reward payoff at the end. Falls were awesome and definitely highly recommended! I prefer this set of falls over Station Cove honestly. I was there all by myself in the AM! Dog did great too!

Pretty solid little quick trail to a nice payoff! The falls are super pretty and def a good photo op! Dog did just fine too!

Fav trail!

Loved this one! It’s well marked, multiple easy creek crossings, beautiful falls! I recommend dipping your feet in the water & enjoying the refreshing cold water!

Beautiful falls! The water was so refreshing to stand in after the climb down. The climb down to the falls is steep.

Enjoyed the distance and views with bridges. Narrow at certain areas but the waterfall was well worth it!

Great views! These falls a beautiful with how they disappear through the trees. Trail is super easy, paved the whole way with a few dozen stairs to the overlook. We caught the falls 7/26/18 with the super moon just before closing. Need to revisit for the foothill trail.

Very amazing to see in person there is another trail here that is like 6 miles that is very cool to walk through and there are black bears

Steep going down to the base of the falls but worth it. Highly recommend. We did it with two tweens and a preschooler.

This was a great trail! Very well maintained, muddy in some spots but easy to get around. Love love love crossing the creeks! The waterfall is spectacular and a great place to take a break and cool off before hiking out. Can’t wait to visit this one again!

Beautiful hike. Steep hill down but totally worth the hike down. nice swimming area & deff enjoyable for the whole family. Our dog loved it as well!! if you go deff take the trip all the way down to the fall. Observation deck is nice but to get the full experience go to the bottom!!! 2$ parking for a car make sure to take change lol!!

This is a well maintained and well marked trail. We have had some bad storms this summer, so there are a couple downed trees that you will need to maneuver. Also, it is muddy and slick in places. Young children will need to be watched carefully. There are some moderate drop offs. The stream crossings are fun and easy and add to the variety on this trail. Lots of roots, so hiking shoes are advised. Because we’ve had a lot of rain, the falls were amazing!!! All in all a really enjoyable hike.

Very convenient to Highlands or Clemson.
Nice walk through mixed hardwood forest to beautiful wide falls. Several stream crossings but trail is reasonably well-maintained.
Hiked with wife and teenage kids. Reasonably fit but not in a hurry, took approximately 50 minutes each way. We hiked in a drizzle- barely felt the rain.
Best view of the falls is across the creek so you’ll want to wade. Walking stick recommended.
Pit toilet in parking lot.

Beautiful hike & fabulous falls. Really enjoyed this trail. The dog loved it too! Pass over 4-5 creeks. Well marked & well maintained.

Stunning falls and nice trail!

Really great hike. The falls are absolutely amazing! Well worth the hike. May not be great for little kids. A lot of tree roots on the trail. Older kids should be just fine.

Easy to moderate hike. It’s July 7th, cloud cover, and temp was a very abnormal 74°, but humidity rose pretty high about half way in. Very nice and temperate at base of falls.
The rain has been good lately, so the falls were fantastic. Well worth the hike and the sweat.
We will return in the fall.

Absolutely beautiful! But to get the best view you have to walk down a pretty steep hill.

Beautiful! The trail is easy to moderate in some areas with a few steep areas. There were people of ages from small children to seniors. The waterfall at the end is absolutely worth it! My husband and I also climbed the rocks and sat under the waterfall. The water is cold but so refreshing! If you’re going to climb, you have to be very careful on the rocks and make sure you have your footing and someone there to help guide you down just to be safe.

This was a great hike with a beautiful waterfall providing a scenic and refreshing shower! We had our small dog Ava with us and she loved it.

It’s a pretty easy walk; some up hill and some down hill. Walked with my 7 year old niece and pushed my 3 month old son in a jogger. A little annoying with the jogger because of all the large roots, rocks and crossing a creek with it. Me and my sister had to just pick the whole thing up a couple of times but ultimately, not a bad hike. Very pretty falls at the end. Well worth the trip.

lovely hike with my 78 yr. old Mother and my Sister. The Falls are beautiful and we really enjoyed our time.

Well worth the hike!

Gorgeous waterfall!!! The trail itself was a little uneventful but easy. Watch for some roots. I do want to go back in the fall because I know the trail will be beautiful. We were just there on a hot, buggy, summer day. The Station Cove historic buildings are well maintained.

Decent enough trail, but I expected more views from Tamasee Knob, when it was really more like what you would get from a viewing waypoint. Stopped at Station Cove falls on the way up, just a quick jaunt off the trail, very beautiful. Overall a pretty moderate hike, took a little over 3 hours to complete. The Oconee connector trail that you hike on the majority of the way will take you all the way to Oconee state park if you keep going straight at the turnoff for Tamasee knob.

After a good rain, this waterfall is magnificent! Plenty of room to sit on the large rocks and admire and/or wade in the water. The hike itself is uneventful and pretty flat. (watch for roots.) Can't wait to see it in autumn!

great hike. had the little one with us, the falls were beautiful
