it wasn't all that great

Walk this trail two years while doing some geocaching in the area. Met lots of nice fellow walkers and accompanied by my four Shih Tzu companions.

Great little educational trail to get a short hike. The trail was well laid out with beautiful scenery. Great for young kids.

Nice hiking trail that is a 2.5 mile loop. The only drawback is the part around the sewage treatment plant.

Not much to see but nice walk. You do go around the sewer treatment center so it got a little smelly at one point.

Just did the loop not the spur and found it to be quite an enjoyable easy walk.

Lots of nature for the one who stops and watches. We went at low tide and discovered that the oysters squirt. There is a boardwalk along a tidal marsh edge - it was there, at low tide, that we saw thousands of teeny tiny crabs 'marching' to follow the sun. Also, we're from the north, so appreciated seeing our first 'paw paw'/prickly pears up close. Good views of the river & very peaceful walk.

I enjoy this walking this trail! It's 5 miles total if you add on the spur trail. Very moderate and a great walk, run, and bike! I wonder if they will expand this area and add more trails!
