The bridge that was destroyed during the flooding in 2015 has been replaced. Nice easy hike.

A great place to ride...when you come out of the woods, turn around and go the opposite way, its a whole different trail! Great workout on your mountain bike, and there is another trail on the bluff that runs along two knotch road. The bigger the tires the better as there is a lot of sand that is deep in some places. Add the 3 mile double track as a warm up and cool down and you can easily ride 12 plus miles. When you cant ride at Harbison due to rain...go check out Sesqui!

It's jsut as fun to walk this trail as it is to ride it.

The MTB trail at Sesqui is a Jeckyl and Hyde monster. Go out slow, maybe for fun or with the family, and it will probably seem pretty basic. Most of the trail is fairly wide, it is well marked, and the greatest technical features will be rooty/waterstepped climbs or rooty short descents with the greatest drop/ledge being about a 29" wheel height. The surface is sand so it's a fantastic place to ride when the other local trails are too wet. It drains quickly and really firms up when wet. If it's been dry then expect many areas of deep loose sand. This is where I believe the Hyde monster comes in. The trails technicality comes from the sand and going out fast. IMO if Sesqui doesn't seem exciting enough then you need to go faster. This is an excellent trail to test cornering ability and holding speed on an unsure surface. Practice, practice and it will get faster and faster. Lose your focus on cornering and it will let you know quick with a washout.

Nice singletrack trail, light (if any) traffic, some sandy parts but easily manageable. Good, moderate, multi-style course. Perfect for speed, and technical work at low risk.

Great trail near my home. Sandy, mostly double track, moderate dog/walking traffic. Good speed trail.

Extremely short run but if you keep going along the road there are some mean hills. Don't underestimate the heat and humidity during the summer. I made that mistake yesterday...

great trail, but there was a detour. The original trail does not have any markings and that could be confusing.

A wonderful place for running, walking, or cycling. Very popular around town, but seldom crowded. Check it out on a pleasant sunny day or at sunset.

Not long, but a good family hike. We took the time to read and identify the differences in many trees. The open spaces surprised us, but at the same time make us want to go back in warmer weather to bring a few friends and throw a ball around.

Did this trail years ago...I remember lots of sand and lots of heat. It was summer time and like a desert. Simply dont recommend. One small downhill which was the highlight until your rims get buried in sand.

Great trail for walking, biking, running. Good place to be outdoors in the woods for a little while and not leave town.

Good trail, not too difficult. As mentioned, alot of straw and even more sand. The mountain bike trail single track isn't really that tight so with the exception of acouple downhill sections through some draws. Nice area, 2$ entrance fee per persona and defiantly alot of sites set up for other family outdoor recreations. Cool outings with the kids and trail runs is what I would use this site for. Mountain biking needs to be expanded here otherwise i'll be hitting harbison state forest for that.
