I only did the West Logging Rd part of the trail to Six Mile Creek which was 30 ft or so across. There wasn't a way across without getting very wet so I turned back around.

Now the trials I used to get there were wonderful...Rocky, Wounded Knee, Wildcat Technical and Wildcat Technical Alternate( on the way back).

Saw lots of American Beautyberry bushes with berries (not yet purple in August) but I will be going back to see them.

Wounded Knee looks like a good bike trail to try for the beginner.

Lots of traffic on the trails...probably a bit more than I would like, but it was lovely nonetheless!

Very well maintained and well marked trail. Quiet except when you are near Old Six Mile Road. Cool even when it 80 plus degrees. Loved the creeks, lake, and waterfalls. Did not like walking into all the spider webs, but hey, it's there turf.

Well-maintained trail, saw a couple frogs and turtles but not much else. Probably prettier in the fall and spring, but hardly any flowers or color. Easy hike with a few hills. Overall, not bad.

Would’ve rated it great but we stayed on the loop specified...was much longer than posted. My daughters app measured 6.5 mile loop.

The creek was up so we rolled up the pants, took off the shoes and enjoyed the adventure! Rocky logging road deducts a star from the rating.

very nice inside the woods. multiple stream access and smaller, gentler falls make for a pleasant hike. limited parking.

Quick little hike. The falls are pretty but small. The trail back to Waldrop road has another little cluster of falls but doesn’t bring you back to the same point. Clean trails. More narrow near the end.

We rode 3 different trails there today. We had the most fun on these trails. Will recommend them to beginners and experts.

Now this is a trail. It wanders. My dog and I rarely see any other humans, although we've seen wild pigs and plenty of deer.

I love this trail. You have some dirt road, it takes you by an old home site, where the giant oak fell recently. It walks you along the lake and the creek feeding in to it. So much to see, plants and mushrooms and animals. Did someone lose a dog up there? We saw a very skittish small dog on the dam road. Unattended with no person. My app said 5.5 miles. First time I walked it said 7. I wander.

Great little walk that is nicely marked. The path down to the falls was a little treacherous with my 90lb dog pulling me, but with only oneself to balance, it would be easily manageable. Lovely way to spend a leisurely hour in the woods.

Fun and easy mountain biking trail. Good for beginners like myself!! Only complaint is that it's fairly short, but the trail is clear and it's easy to loop back around.

More like 3.5 miles but fun.

Very easy and short walk to the waterfall. There isn’t much parking here, but it wasn’t crowded when we went.

Boring, poorly marked.

Small but love it easy kids and dogs would love it!

Was a pleasant walk with a decent small waterfall.

It’s a great trail but they have a lot of different ones there have to go back and do more. Also you can rent bikes there. Mountain bikes... we will go agains an so soon!

Nice little trail for how easy it is to get to, right outside of Clemson. Barely marked at all, as others have noted. I meant to hike the Issaqueena trail, but ended up hiking on Collarbone, to Lawrence, before eventually ending up at an intersection with Issaqueena. Ended up at the top of the lake, and hiked down the eastern side to the dam, then walked back on E Dam Road, a dirt/gravel road that lead to the parking area. The lake was very pretty, saw a deer swimming and lots of turtles sunning. Pretty low traffic for a friday afternoon, saw one mountain biker, a horseback rider, and one person walking their dog. Trails were mostly single track, but very easy walking and essentially no elevation change. I would classify this hike as more easy than moderate. Will explore the trails some more another day, I like how close by it is!

Clockwise from trailhead. Nice hike. Need this app. Trails are barely marked at all. Got turned around twice. Nice moderate hike though. Full 1/3 elevated trail around the lake. Water crystal clear. No power boats. Minutes from Clemson. If in the area should definitely check it out. About 2 hours around. 5 ish miles.

Decent outing with the kids with minimal difficulty.

Great quick morning hike. Trail down to the waterfall is narrow, so be careful.

Great short trail when you don’t have a lot of time.

Loved it! But...take your phone and this app..markings are very poor and you will get lost. Ran it and it was 5.6 miles per my Garmin watch. Bikers on trail but only a few and were very respectful.
whoopwhoop!
Go runners!

Streams in the way where you cannot cross without waders or getting wet. Trail doesn't look very well-maintained. The incessant dog barking noises indicated that there were hunters nearby.

We had a good time on this hike. It mostly follows logging roads, but it follows near the creek for a lot of the hike and has some pleasant scenery. My daughter and I spotted an owl late in the evening as we were getting close to the end, so that was cool. We really enjoyed the rapids. There are two places where you’ll have to get wet crossing the creek.
