Great trail an easy pick if your looking for something moderate with great views. Good for families and kids. Trail is easy to follow.

Tried to go on 10/12/19 and it’s closed. Caution tape blocking off trailhead and looked pretty overgrown.

Beautiful little loop trail with great views throughout, but we missed the bright colors by a couple weeks. All three lakes had beautiful landscapes and the backdrop of the Elks to the northeast led to some great panoramas. The trail itself is well marked and not difficult. We hiked the loop counter clockwise; the approach to Dollar Lake would be much steeper if done the other direction. Definitely would do again, especially in the summer to fall with wildflowers and aspens still in color.

this was my first experience with an off road trail. The trail coming in off the main road was more brutal that the loop. You will definitely need a better than stock 4x4. and the trail is narrow. I have a full size truck and I scratched my clearcoat a lot. I gave it a low rating since there isnt much to see besides trees and an old cabin and it was throwing me around my cab a lot. Not very enjoyable. probably better with an ATV.

Nice scenic drive from a Georgetown to Grant. Views would have been much prettier a few weeks earlier with the Aspens, most had lost their leaves already. Completely paved There are hiking trails you can stop at on the drive.

Easy trail short hike to the rock bluff if you drive to the top.

Gate to crystal lake is closed. I took 44 out to avoid going down that crazy ledge towards the beginning of the trail. Got up it in my 2014 tundra w/2.5” lift on 33’s.

Great place to hike several trails to choose from. The overlooks are awesome .

We rented a jeep in ouray and started with imogene pass first before going on to do yankee boy and part of the alpine loop. Really beautiful, amazing and a great trail I thought for my first off-road outing. Definitely some perilous moments but with some help from my more experienced friend it was a good trip.

My son and I took the Gladiator on the trail in mid October. We had a great time. There were plenty of camping spots and scenic lookout points. Be prepared for the long route back if you take 188 to Globe. It's considerably longer than the trail distance.

Heavy traffic! But great way to take some pictures!

what trails start in the middle of the highway?

Great hike. A lot for kids but mine (5 and 7) managed well. Trailhead says it is 2.3 miles but the 4.4 on here is closer. My gps calculated 4 miles. Nothing too difficult. Beautiful views at panorama point. Just enough color left on the aspens to be enjoyable.

So nice. Went in reverse. I like easier hikes down vs up for my knees. Took 30 minute break. 3.5 hours moving time. A couple (3-4) squirrelly rock sections but otherwise moderate in my opinion. So many views.

Great hike through woods. Trail clearly marked.

decent trail for being in the middle of town, honestly, what views do you think you'll see, not actually in the mountains. at the top, if you look down, you see Walmart and Dupont, but if you look east, you see the mountains. Better then hiking sidewalks.

The Bad: The trail itself was long and irritating; You repeatedly ascend a good distance and then seemingly descend the same distance if not more. Loose, slippery footing over much of the trail. Once you get to the summit, you can’t see anything from the ground, so you have to climb a narrow observation deck. The view was OK, and it was hard to enjoy because the deck has room for maybe 10 people, so you need to get up and get down quickly so other people can go up. The vista about a mile into the hike was a better/more enjoyable view than the summit. A long grueling hike for little reward. The Good: I saw a total of 2 other people along this trail. One section takes you through a forest; it was very quiet and peaceful.

A really neat drive along the coast with plenty of historic stops along the way and places to go at each end

Great run through the federal park of historic Yorktown, watch out for the tourists!

Beautiful, easy fall time drive. Paved most of the way. Any stock vehicle with a little clearance can make it. Go from SLC to Tooele to avoid paying a toll.

great road to bike if no cars. Rode it today with cars and it was horrible. Not always enough room to move past stopped/slow moving traffic and the gravel shoulder had lots of stream crossings. Still really beautiful.

Not technically challenging. Lots of rocks that you’ll feel. Aired down and still get thrown around in the wrangler. But nonetheless a pretty easy trail
