Decent short hike to brown bay .8 miles. First ascent. is .3 miles coming back .5 The brown bay plantation ruins are off the left on the beach. Be careful of jack Spanish wasp nest hanging from vines.

This trail is hard but very rewarding. It's best to go early in the morning because as it gets later it gets very hot and humid! We had to learn that the hard way!

Not a difficult hike , great views, found bone fish geocache, good spot

Cool rum still ruins and Taino Indian petroglyphs are a must see. Easy downhill 2.4 mile trek but after all that seafood and rum in Cruz Bay the night before, you get to work it off coming from sea level on Reef Bay back up to the parking area on Highway 10.

Pretty easy hike to the point overlooking Europa Bay. Beach is rocky, so no one else around.

Basically a continuous up or down 1100 foot 1.2 mile trail to Lameshur Bay. Rocky slightly overgrown with few view spots. Good for exercise but not very scenic.

We took this trail to snorkel at Lameshur Bay and Yawzi Point on the day we hiked the Reef Bay Trail. The trip from the junction with Reef Bay out to Lameshur was fairly strenuous. However, the views are pretty, and the snorkeling was nice. The beach at Genti Bay (where you arrive at the end of the Reef Bay Trail) isn't very good for swimming and snorkeling, so this was our way to get some snorkeling in that day. The return trip is slightly less strenuous, though we still had to return up the Reef Bay Trail to Centerline Rd!

This trail had very light traffic. It takes you by a protected turtle nesting area. There were no turtles when I was there. You can park at the east trail head in a dirt lot or you can come from the west by connecting from the Johnny Horn trail. There are some longer hills at both ends of the trail. The one hill has loose rocks which makes footing a bit more challenging.

There are some steps parts to this trail. When we hiked we didn't see any marking for the trail in Coral Bay which made it a bit more challenging to find the trail. There are several ruins on the trail. One that provides a nice view in all directions. The other is near Waterlemon Bay. It makes for some fun exploring. We saw lots of hermit crabs on the trail.

This trail is a spur off the reef bay hike and is fairly easy. At the end of the path you come to a fresh water pool. In times of normal rainfall the waterfall will be flowing but when we were there there was no waterfall.
Carved into the rocks around the sides of the pool are pictures and symboles.

This peninsula is called Yawzi Point because people infected with yaws, an infectious tropical disease causing destructive skin and bone lesions, were once forced to live, and die, here.

Near the beginning of the trail, about half way up the first hill, you will find the remains of two old stone buildings.
