Does anyone know how it is now with the new part? Thanks

Beautiful views. Open park feel.

The paved trail has been extended and is now more or less a loop from the parking area. There is beach access too, although I’ve never seen too many people on the beach.

Very peaceful and good walk .

Great place to walk the dogs

Nice paved walking path along the Narraganset Bay. Great views at sunrise or sunset, easy walk in and out.

beautiful view of the bay some small hills highly recommend the walking path

Flat. Beautiful views. Great for running.

I prefer a hike so I rated it 3. It's a nice place for a walk and very crowded. I don't think it's a moderate walk. Very easy and some benches throughout the walk.

I jog or walk this path pretty much Monday through Friday it's a great stress reliever, not hard at all, and just over a mile and a half. usually a nice breeze and the scenery is breath taking. the map isn't entirely accurate, as they created a loop path now.

This is a really neat feature super easy hike by the ocean. Not great for a work out unless you feel like jogging, but it's hard to heat the views.

Beautiful and gives you a view of what rocky point was before, with a bunch of rocks to climb etc.

Beautiful walk along the water. They have added another path to create a loop. Completely paved and very easy.

Gorgeous park, paved path, places by the ocean water, and remnants of the old amusement park. Absolutely gorgeous Easter Day. Will return! 2 miles of paved path.

Not very pretty in Winter, but there is an add on dirt path at the end of the paved path to make a round trip mileage of 2 miles. Close to Cranston. Can hear city noises. Water not ideal for swimming/fishing. Will return in the Summer! Good mix of shade and sun.

Great elevation for people that want to just stroll and see the water.
Wheelchairs and strollers are easy to handle on the smooth paved path.
The wind was mild, but can get strong - so hold your hat!
Plenty of joggers, a few cyclist (really too short for a goor bike ride), and tons of walkers.
Parking can fill fast, and then you have to park out on the road (which isn't restricted - just not convenient.)
The park isnt restricted to just the walking path either. We concluded the walk by taking an old broken up section of Rocky Point Rd and hiking back out to Palmer Rd and finally the lot.
Lots of locals know about it, and it is right in the neighborhood, watch your speed and watch for kids.

Didn't meet one dog that wasnt friendly either (or person for that matter).

Great trail, but has all kinds of colored trail markings. Hard to follow them at times. Glad we had All Trails!
