Love this trail once you’re off he boardwalk. The Hope trail is my favorite and felt like I kept finding new spots and things to see. Easy trail and enjoyed it all.

A little wet and a few trees down but much better than I had anticipated considering the storm.

Nice area - don’t be afraid to follow the side trails, especially the one along the river just before the bridge.

Nothing spectacular but pleasant enough.

Walked the short yellow trail and followed the loop around. My boyfriend and I spotted three bufflehead sea ducks, one male and two females, on the water. On the way back to the parking lot an unidentifiable owl flew overhead. Aside from the overgrown bramble this place is a great spot to view a variety of birds.

Peaceful, easy hike great for families.

GREAT place! Good moderate trails with rocks, roots, streams with bridges, good inclines (and declines), rocks formations, cairns, and historical scenery (stone walls, Farm foundations, etc).

Love this place! Highly recommend it. Nice easy trails, with nice views

There are 7 miles of trails here to connect for longer hikes. Several of them are out and back. There are trail fees here to help support the land conservation and animal sanctuary. There are also no dogs allowed so wildlife isn’t scared off. Excellent spot for birders. Not much elevation, but Hanging Rock and the ridge trails can be challenging.

Love it and the snow covered trails made it beautiful! Will definitely return!

great hike with a number of vistas. You do have to know where the side trails are to get the great views. the trail is more than moderate.

Bring binoculars if you have them. Lots of wildlife: deer, seals, hawks or snow owls have been spotted.

Beautiful trail but my hiking app says it is only 3 miles so a little shorter than anticipated.

Outstanding path. Very easy, lots to see

Did this hike at the end of December. I loved it. Very peaceful, lots to see, and well marked. A must do!

This was my first down and back trail, this is a good one nice inclines and declines. It was a good hike with beautiful views and gets the heart pumping.

Nice trail! A great workout, rocky terrain with a lot of stones and tree roots; slightly slippery after the recent rain. Beautiful creeks along some of the trails with a mini waterfall. Would love to hike this trail in the spring when there is more wildlife!

Very nice walk short no running so good for the walk full of wildlife meet three deer who let us get right up on them and take pictures tons of birds and seen 4 more deer on the way out

Good trail for a brisk hike.

Easy trails! Lots of winter waterfowl to see. Bring binoculars. Helpful visitor center center

Nice easy stroll. The wildlife and ocean views are great! Deer, birds, and sometimes seals. There is also a little museum to explore, Great for kids, not for dogs

Beautiful place to hike. Thank you Audubon Society! Blue trail loop has a nice variety of scenery and moderately difficult. Bringing the hiking poles next time.Well marked and trail maps posted in order to select the appropriate trail for you.

Absolutely awesome!! You get a little bit of everything. Heavy Woods, rock climbs, river trail, and well marked trails. The wife and I really enjoyed this trail.

Nice trail for first time out. 2 loops to choose from. We combined them.
