I just did 2 miles of this out and then came back. It was rocky and full of swarms of deet resistant bugs. Not much elevation. The first part is along a highway so lots of traffic noise.

This is the best. Just about 50 miles out and back...I'm not sure why the AllTrails map doesn't show the whole trail, but it starts by the Garfield Ave Stop n Shop plaza in Cranston, and then takes you all the way to Connecticut. The whole way out is ever so slightly up hill, not enough that you notice, but it means the return trip is a breeze. Lots of places to stop for a swim when you're out toward the end of the path, and then you can get ice cream at Sundaes when you're back in Cranston at the end. A perfect day!

Great trail for running. A little narrow and rocky in some places, and the ferns are out of control pretty much everywhere this time of year so that tickled my ankles a bit, but otherwise the hills are very mild and it's very pretty. The 4 miles was not accurate for me.. only 3!

Attempted to do this trail with my humans. Parked off of Hopkins Hill Road. There are ZERO trail markers. There are many trails that intersect. We used our AllTrails guide to ensure we were going in the right direction. We needed to make several adjustments all the way. Nice trails as it pertains to walk ability. You need to really do your research, study the maps before heading out.

I went for the 1st time with my 11 and 9 year olds. We enjoyed the ride. Most people were friendly and followed the path rules. looking forward to going again.

Audubon society trail. No dogs. Well marked. Amazing large rocks. A few water crossings. Walk past Carr pond and an old chimney. Trail about 3.25 with white and yellow loop. The 4.5 is if you also walk the blue biway trails. Will be back.

Great trail. The 2 bridges have sunk into the water a bit but still able to cross. So many animal tracks! Great hike and very well marked.

Nice easy trail paved the entire way. There are a few road crossings that you will need to pay close attention to while crossing but the scenery is excellent for a city trail. There are many folks out there walking, running, riding, so don’t think you’re going to go out there at a 20mph pace and keep it the entire time. Great little trail. Happy running- Ultra Ryan

Great hike! Very well marked and easy to follow. There were a few areas that were overgrown but still easy to navigate. We did the HH trail today and will go back to complete the other trail in its entirety.

Excellent paved trail extending from Coventry in the West to Cranston in the East. Though the trail map here shows the beginning of the trail at Hill Farm Road in Coventry, the paved trail currently begins quite a bit further west. This path follows the Trestle Trail and there is a parking area at the intersection of LOG BRIDGE ROAD in Coventry and the Trestle Trail.

Other trail users were very friendly, polite and followed the trail rules (which are posted frequently along the trail). Plenty of parking. Some pretty views along the first 3 miles or so, but after that it was mostly industrial and loud. Too many road crossings. Probably best for walking.

Much shorter than the 4.5 miles listed. More like 3 miles if you do the HH loop too.

Beautiful trail but my hiking app says it is only 3 miles so a little shorter than anticipated.
