Very nice trail to practice on. Nice warm up paces. Stays a bit muddy but makes for a better experience.

The trail was loose stone and pavement the entire way. Some of the hills are a little steep. The scenery is absolutely beautiful. We also saw some dirt trails off the main path. Nice ride!

A good trail for a nice walk, families or dog walking.

This is a pet friendly trail along a creek/river and mostly paved paths. Benches along the trail to stop and breath in nature. Troy (my puppy) loved the trail. Especially along the river.

This is my absolute favorite trail. The scenery is gorgeous and you pass lots of history. I have done this trail multiple times and I never get sick of it.

Nice trail. Walked with a dog. Paved. Quiet and clean.

Very easy trail. Although it says less than 2 mile, I forgot to hit the record button. We actually did 4.28 mile. Our end point was also our starting point.

great trail. well maintained.

well maintained

I really like the old iron ruins.

Great trail

I love this trail, easy walking or biking. So much to see, a lot of historical sights.

Nice trail mostly shady in the summer months, also expanded for more than 2.5 miles.

Well-maintained, paved trail. Several road crossings, but they are mostly quiet streets with little traffic. Sunny in spots, shady in others. Several parks, benches, and points of interest. Good trail for families or casual bikers.

Asphalt and packed gravel. Great place to let the boys learn to ride their bikes on with others to teach trail edicut. Wide so others can past without startling them. Some parts are shaded and others in full sun. Mile markers and benches along the way. There are a number of rails, train wheels and a caboose along the way to look at. Great easy trail.

Really nice trail! Well maintained and beautiful scenery. Did the 10.6 miles and the terrain was good, no bumps or debris, very clean. There are nice benches and sitting areas throughout the entire trail. Enjoy! :)

Nice walk, part of the trail is under construction 4/1/18. Many scouting projects along the way were nice to see.

If you stay on the main trail it is a nice easy hike along side the creek. Today the river was running high from a recent warm spell and rain storm that thawed the ice covered stream - filling it with large broken slabs of ice. The ice was creating clanging and ringing sounds as it bumped into itself, floating debris and submerged trees. This hikes interest level jumps up if you take side trips on the numerous mountain biking trails.

I use this trail all the time. It's a nice easy trail to walk, run or bike.

We hiked about 5 miles only, so we're definitely looking forward to going back when all the trees have leaves. I absolutely loved photographing the passenger car and abandoned structures.

It's a great trail to walk, bike ride, and explore. Go off the main trail and you will find ruins of the old Thomas Iron Company, train stations, a quarry, and other unpaved trails closer to the Lehigh river.
