On route 62, this trail is actually labeled the Tanbark Trail. It is marked by white diamonds and blue blazes. Roundtrip 6.4 miles OR cross state route 3005 and continue on the"real" Tanbark Trail.

If you start on route 62, it is straight up hill and gains 750 feet in the first 2 miles. There is an awesome lunch spot 2.4 miles in next to the creek. There are two separate camping spots with fire rings.
