This website is absolute garbage, and has provided no valuable information for trail access because it is glitchy and unorganized. I still have no idea how to access the trail from downtown after trying to navigate this site for the last 25 minutes.

Very nice scenery some trails aren’t maintained lots of water views.... definitely listen to the chick above like theirs so many gnats KEEP UR MOUTH SHUT!!!!! There’s no open way to get down to the creek.... I’ll come back in the fall

A nice trail in an urban park. Some parts are surprisingly secluded from the city. However, the trail is very confusing and could use more signs for navigation.

This trail is more like a walk through the woods than a hike...but what a walk it is. You are almost guaranteed to see deer, alot of deer! You may also come across horse back riders. I recomend this trail for families.

Great dog friendly park! There's even a fenced in dog area behind the Observatory on top of the hill. There's also a beautiful clearing down at the bottom of the park with a stone pavilion. Quality city park best for quick trips.

Nice park. Trails are well kept. Lots of dogs enjoying the outdoors. The trails can get confusing though and what I thought was gong to be a couple miles of hiking ended up being 8 miles and thee hours.

love the trail. Make sure to download a map before the start of your hike. there's a lot interlinking trails which could be a bit confusing. I come here with my boxador and make a pit stop at the dog park.

Great time with our chocolate lab, Winston. Next time we will challenge ourselves a little more. One warning, bikers were a little aggressive on the narrower parts, not sure I'd wear earbuds and not be able to hear them.

I don’t know if it was the day or time of day we came but the trail was FULL of bugs! And it definitely was not an “easy” trail. There were a lot of hills, uneven terrain, and fallen trees to climb over. Some of the trails were very narrow and you could barely walk them. I will probably try a different trail at the park but this one was not good.

Lost my dogs tags on the blue trail...please keep an eye out for them!! The tag would have a rubber ducky and "Garth" on it. Thank you!!!

many trails are well marked. maps are also usually available in the mailbox by the log cabin. pressed dirt trails. nice for hiking, running, and biking.

First time to Frick Park. Enjoyed the hike, spent a fair amount of time making sure I was on the right Trail. I will go to Frick Park again.

Trails are short but have some steep areas. Some trails are rather narrow, but others are wide and paved with gravel. Good wildlife viewing; I saw ground hog, deer, Canada geese, and turtles, among the more common wildlife. Reserve consists entirely of reverting farmland, so do not expect mature woods. Overall, not bad considering the reserve's suburban setting.

very nice park. Terrain is a little rough in spots but still navigable.

fine 1.3 mile loop hike with three small kids. nice playground. cool to see the observatory.

Challenging, especially along Commercial street. Watch for cyclists.

Fun trail.

This was my go-to park when I lived in Pittsburgh.

Stopped here on a drive home from Pittsburgh and had a great walk. Plenty of trails to get lost on. Plenty of parking and very clean wheelchair friendly bathroom.

we did 4 different trails and went up around the back of the wave pool. it was a beautiful day and the trails good. One place on the orange trail had a tree down but it was negotiable. Sweet hike.

Love this park. Trails are very relaxed and it is possible to take a sturdy stroller on most of them.

nice, very short trail. not sure you could squeeze a mile out of it no matter how many times u cut off to another trail. bit its nice if you have a dog and are looking for a short walk in the woods

5 stars as an easy and safe way to bike/walk commute downtown. But I wouldn't recommend coming here specifically to see the trail. Paved, not very interesting.
