a scenic easy trail along the lakeside

Beautiful hike. I did not go to the mountain area due to Turkey hunting season but will definitely try next time. You can also go boating in this area. All the sailboats where a pleasure to watch.

easy hike, nice view of lake.

easy hike. Trail loops for 5 miles. It's also used as a biking trail.

The walk along the lake side is shaded, the other side is pretty sunny( bring sunscreen) Starts off paved, then leads into the forested trails.

Great with my dog. We were not prepared for creek crossing today, so we did small loop twice. Have enjoyed on horseback, as well. Can be muddy.

Nice trail, relatively easy though. Very limited parking at the trail head based on direction from all trails. Parked in lot 2 and had to take a side trail along the lake to get to the trail head. Trail is wide and horses use it, so watch out for the "biscuits". It was also muddy in quite a few spots. If you go after it rains, your gonna get very muddy.

This park is great for easy, beginning hikers. It is beautiful during all seasons, especially the autumn. Grab a map and do all the various trails they have (they have way more trails than the loop listed here :D). WARNING: Check for ticks, especially if taking your kanine friend! I pulled off 5 ticks just from my dogs head on the car ride home! GREAT PLACE FOR beginner KAYAKING :)

This is not a hiking trail. It is a basic stroll through Perkasie suburbs. It is nice for casual walks. All blacktop with some short paths to the creek.

Beautiful spring wildflowers and a nice walk. Not a difficult hike by any means. Trail was flat and well maintained. I enjoyed it!

I've been coming to Nocamixon my whole life as it was a tradition for my dad and his dad that he passed on to share with me. I have done this beautiful trail many of times and each time gets more beautiful. Very peaceful.

not for off road "driving" biking only

there were a lot of other trails to hook up with along the way! we were able to turn 7 in 15 miles really without getting turned around. beautiful scenery. I would do this one twice.

hiking

A whole lot of fun for everyone with an easy path and plenty of high quality scenery.
There are a few places to stop along the way for food and bathroom breaks.
Saw two deer and a small baby snake.
A well maintained path and location.

Easy and enjoyable. Nice woods, waterfall. I gave it a 4 because it was a little muddy and slippery in places.

Trail was easy to access and a pleasant ride. First time out and it was a beautiful day for our ride. Loved being next to the small creek. Others on the trail were very considerate.

Easy couple mile loop around Lake Lenape park in Sellersville/Perkasie. There's a steep hill (elevation change 80ft) right across the bridge over the creek that leads up to the community pool facility. I've seen a few people carrying loaded packs up and down it for training. Nice views of the creek!

camping

Perfect spot to camp locally, boat, or view scenery. Has two separate 1ish mile hikes but theyre mpre walks than hikes (you can do in flip flops). Great places to take photos, especially in the fall

Elephant trail red was a little boring but was a nice walk in the woods with the dog.

did a sunrise ride this morning, gorgeous. I've been through twice before but last time I was in town the trails were closed following super mega ultra storm Sandy. they're open now due to the efforts of valley mountain bikers, ridenox.com and what must have been an army of volunteers. thanks everybody. the damage was extensive, the cleanup must have been too.
go check it out. www.ridenox.com has trail maps and condition reports.

Lake Nockamixon provides for a variety of activities over the span of a large State Park. You can picnic and watch sailboats by the marina, hike and birdwatch along numerous trails, check out the Cormorants by the boat rental or even participate in the many "car meets" setup in the park throughout the summer. The marina is my favorite part to check out sailboats, watch seagulls and sparrows and just relax along the lake.

I've explored Perkiomen Creek (Menlo Park) from the old Mood's Covered Bridge to the exit by the Washington House in Sellersville, PA. The walking path is nice, however you are subject to other walkers with dogs, bikers and loud teenagers. Geese frequent the area and you might see a box turtle or two on occasion.

Trails are open, the club did an awesome job. Everything is marked pretty well. Switchbacks, creek crossings, pine forests, cedar forests, trails along the lake-good stuff. Wear bright colors Monday through Saturday, it's hunting land too. Went twice, the second weekend was considerably more busy than the first, the word is out. (maybe I shouldn't be writing this)
