Tried to hike this with my family last weekend after checking out Kidd’s Mill Covered Bridge. We weren’t successful took a minute to find the trailhead it’s to the left of the bridge very small opening and sign pointing it out. We walked about 50 feet in and turned around it’s poison ivy warehouse in there so over grown and not a good hike with kids. Maybe by yourself or someone else but recommend a long sleeve shirt and pants it’s tight with brush.

This is 7 miles long starting at Northbigbend rd an going to Kiddsmill Rd - there is a parking area at new Hamburg rd as well - follow the white blazes and white blazes with blue dot for the Towpath trail - beautiful walk along the Shenango River

Great find! Easy to follow trail. Fairly flat with some water crossings. Grab a walking stick check it out!

Lots of MFR! Not maintained lots of downed trees, but beautiful nonetheless! A few trib x-Ings and BONUS a suspension bridge. Worth the visit!

Overgrown. Turned around after quarter of a mile. machete needed.

Tried to get to this trail, drove all the roads around it and used the apps directions. I don't think it exists anymore as they are logging the area and there are "Posted" no entry signs everywhere. We even drove down the oil well road but it just led to the construction.

I'm amazed at the underuse of the Shenango river river lake. This area is great for families to get out for awhile and enjoy some fresh air. Hiking especially.
