A great day hike with beautiful views, nice diversity.

Brought my 9 year old and took my 9 month old in a baby carrier on this trail, so I would definitely say it’s family friendly! Kinda muddy but other than that it was great - will definitely be back!

A family favorite! The kids and our older dogs really enjoy this trail the most.

I love running this trail. Very well marked. Difficulty level varies depending on what side you are on. Some days the run calls for steep and rocky terrain. Some days it calls for a nice flow with some rolling hills. Or run the whole thing and get the best of both worlds. Plenty of bathroom, porta potty, stops. Two thumbs up.

I parked at one of the main lots for the park and fishing area. It took me awhile to find the trail entrance. Once on the trail, I was much happier!
It was an easy hike with mostly flat terrain. Any steep incline spots were visibly marked prior for all guests. There were long lasting spots of the trails without any shade. My advice would be to bring LOTS and LOTS of water for those long sunny areas!

A quaint little trail that I’ve been going through almost 3 times a week for nearly a year. A great place to get daily exercise in. Can get very wet and muddy on the way back from the east loop.

Nice easy hike. Both of my daughters (6 and 4 yrs old) enjoyed.

Great first hike for my 6 year old daughter; not hard and enjoyable. We had fun

Love love love this trail, never crowded and great mix of up and downs

This is a hard one to rate properly. I completed the entire trail from Green Lane to Oaks today. The path is paved and gravel (loose and pressed), which makes that part of it easy, especially with the distance. Aesthetically, it’s hit or miss. There are lots of beautiful parts of this trail, but there are also plenty of boring and not-so-beautiful parts. There are quite a few major street crossings and walking behind businesses, but that’s up to the individual how to feel about that. There are a couple of restaurants that back right up to the trail in the Schwenksville area, so that could be fun to plan to stop at. The 12% grade that’s been mentioned here and there is right by Spring Mountain, so about 6 miles in coming from the north. It goes up and turns in a few spots, so prepare your footing accordingly. The people along the trail are mostly polite and keep to themselves. Lots of dogs all throughout and each one I encountered today was well behaved.

I hiked the Orange Trail, east and west loops. The east loop is about one mile total and combined, they are close to three miles. Nice walk in the woods. Easy, with some elevation.

very hard to bike

This hike provides a wide variety of landscapes and nice view of the reservoir. We saw an abundance of wildlife and bountiful wine berries ripe for the picking. The loop is really closer to 12.5 miles and took us 5.75 hours to complete with a lunch break. I hiked with my dog and my sister.

Pretty trails, with my favorite being the Red and Honeysuckle trail where we saw lots of wildlife.

Bring my pup here quite often. It's a very nice short trail, with not as many rocks as some other trails nearby. Very shallow stream crossings perhaps 2 or 3 of them. Also has a marker for a black trail as well up to the right at the end of the first straightaway. Thim that just loops back to Snyder road.

A nice hike but not a lot going on. You really have to go inside the actual trail to make it feel like you are hiking and not just walking in your backyard. Boating is a good touch if you interested in doing that.

I live near there and hike there often. Worst place I have ever hiked with my dog ( on a leash ). People don't leash their dogs and I have to protect myself and my dog from from other dogs every time I walk there, one day 3 dogs off the leash came after us. I feel the need to carry a stick for protection. I would not recommend hiking there or walking there to anybody. Go somewhere else this place is unsafe for hiking or walking. I would not give this trail any stars.

Green Lane park is an amazing mix of walking trails, picnic areas, horse and hiking paths. Longer trails take you around the lake while short walking paths lead you around the beautiful wooded areas.
Great place to spend a few hours or a half day.
Nice to have a great place so local to Bucks County, PA.

We just completed the Green Lane Reservoir Trails. It was a lot of fun and great exercise. My suggestion is to park in the lot off of Knight Rd. and start with the blue trail, then connect with the Perkiomen Trail. Take this to the Green connector trail, then to Red trail. You basically go around the entire reservoir. took about 5 hours with a few breaks. It is close to 15 miles or so.

Trail had quite a few parts where creeks and streams had worn away the path. Made for some muddy and wet (cold) hiking here and there. But a beautiful path to hike in the fall without needing much commitment. Two or three moderate length hills.
