Many options, indeed! Today, I did Trillium-Fernwood-Funk-Forbes-Sumac-Scullcap-Black Cohosh-Trillium-Wake Robin-Round Top-Bloodroot-Trillium for a little over 4 miles. A little muddy in places, but nothing difficult. Highway noises are always there, but what else would you expect in Murrysville? My favorite spots are the ravines you cross on Black Cohosh and, of course, Round Top. Very well marked and well benched. A lot of nice people, too!

Also, this is a great place to test out gear in wet or cold conditions before you venture out into more remote locations. You're never too far away from the road back.

Great trail with tons of options. Some steeper areas and muddy, but hey, it's PA. What do you expect?

Very nice ride to Saltsburg. Lots of shade, trail was in very good shape. The last mile or so along the Loyalhanna into Saltsburg was great. Only downside was a fair number of stops at road crossings.

love this Trail and eating pizza in delmont at the top of the hill

Nice trail overall. Takes so time, but all in all a nice trail. Nice to ride to Downtown Saltsburg. People at the Fox's Pizza were really great!!!

Tremendous for trail running!!! Amazing park in the center of Murrysville great place to get away. Tons of wildflowers too if you’re into that

Moderate to slightly challenging hills. lots of different trails that connect. beautiful scenery. It's not as close to route 22 as I thought as others stated.

smooth walk to B.Y. Park. and to Duff Park.

Duff is a great trail for short, steep hiking and trail running. I generally do a different loop, Bloodroot, Roundtop, Wake Robin, Fernwood, Forbes, Black Cohosh and back up to Round Top. Comes out around 4 miles.

great trail!

Excellent and well maintained trail!!

Took the entire family including 2 boys 10 and 8 and a little one in a trailer. Started at Delmont trailhead and went to Slickville and back for a total of about 10 miles. Traffic was light on the trail with walkers and bikers. Slight grades except for at road crossings with a few small ascents/descents. Not a ton to look at but it was a nice ride and good for the kids to get on to riding rails to trails.

Use the coronary trails and you will get a great uphill climb

great short hike with some steep hills but to close to the road.

the mapped 1.44 mile trail is the mostly level grade, rough paved path for walking, bicycling, or jogging. easy difficulty level. There are numerous benches along this and the other trails.

trails range in difficulty but none are overly daunting. Google the park for printable trail map with suggested loops. basic map available in paper form at park entrance display.

Great trail that runs from Saltsburg to Delmont. It's fairly scenic and has a few gradual climbs. Both ends and even Slickville in the middle have nice trail access and parking.

Nice trail. Little too steep at times. Needs more benches to sit on when catching your breath after a long upgrade.

great trail for the family ,our 3 year old loved it and walked just over a mile up and down some steep hills

I came walking with my dog. I had a great time enjoyed it. Fellow hikers were extremely friendly and nice. The trail is designed for bikers, runners, and those looking for a peaceful yet simple walk in the woods. I should have done my research because I wanted to see the lake and spend time there. I started at the wrong end apparently which was the 8 1/2 mile marker. Does anyone know where the lake is on the trail?

It was great, but more difficult on the return trip. My wife and I rode from Delmont to Saltsburg and the scenery is nice and is a nice ride.
