Extremely well kept! Perfect mix of terrain with some great views and even a couple of water falls!

We went counter clockwise on the loop. Snow packed with only one slippery hill, but with ice Trax were no issue. Park and trail took a beating with the spring storms but still wonderful to saunter about. Tumbling Falls waterfall is great, wished we built a snowman at the bottom of the falls. The most arduous part of the trail for us was right after the falls as we went to the top of the Vista. Great view and worth the loop. A little over 3 miles and took us 70 year olds. a little under 3 hours for the loop.

I really liked this trail. Physically under the conditions of the ice and snow it was very hard. I think if you do this trail clockwise it would be much easier. I did it CCW and it's a lot of steep uphill that would have been downhill...lol. Anyhow you are rewarded with some beautiful views and waterfalls. My dogs loved the hike as well. Now I know why I kept passing hikers going the opposite way...:P

Highs and lows, mounting biking portion, unsuspected part where the trail leads to the little cliff and had to hope off the bike and push it and carry it a bit before the trail regained its width.

Beautiful, peaceful hike even with the fallen trees. The moderate incline is worth the view and there is a bench to sit and enjoy it. Follow the spur to the falls, it's easy and beautiful. They did a good job clearing the path so we can access the trail. Wear your boots, especially after the rain we've been getting.

Nice trail, pretty easy, not very rugged as most inclines are basically deck steps, great for people to see the waterfalls and spend some time in the woods, for the serious hiker tho it’s probably not a must do spot, but all in all it’s a nice trail and great scenery

Lovely Morning Hike through the Park. We throughly enjoyed the falls and the Hike. There were not many people there at opening which make photographing the falls very easy.

This was a moderate trail, though it did get steep at a few points. The trail is pretty easy to follow and the optional waterfall detour is definitely worth it.

This was once a beautiful trail but due to the storms this year it will take years to recover

Some great mountain top views, but was a lot of aimless walking waiting to find the waterfall and then the way out. Waterfall had trees down obstructing the view and on the upper level were a bunch of younger men in their swim trunks taking a dip. Felt uncomfortable, made us not want to get the view from the upper level. If you’re going for “a picture is worth the memory” save your time and do another trail.

Trails were very well marked and maintained. Nice change of terrain easy going hike. The only part that really got your cardio going was the climb from the waterfall switch back. We went at about 12pm only passed a few fellow hikers. I’m glad I left my 2 small dogs at campground. It would have been ruff for them! Ha.... A definite redo in fall.

Great local trail. lots of things to see, some challenging spots but miderate overall. The landscape of the forest is forever changed due to the winter storms...literally thousands of trees down. Great job NPS Trail Crew on clearing the trees from the trails!

Did the 7.5mile loop starting from the educational center going clockwise. Quite a few up and downs which made this trail a good workout but nothing I would consider in the difficult level. Nothing much to see other than a viewpoint and the waterfalls which are located on a short spur. The view is nothing spectacular but the waterfalls were very nice, especially with all the rain we've been getting. I imagine the falls get pretty busy given the shorter 3.5mi loop available. I did this hike during a rain storm and had the trails and falls mostly to myself on a mid morning Saturday.

Great moderate trail with some steep inclines throughout. View of the falls and mountains are great. Very well marked. I’d recommend stopping by the PEEC (visitors center) as well.

Really nice trail- we took our time, hiking a little over 2 hours on this route. We stopped to admire one scenic overlook and one waterfall along this trail. The trail is very clearly marked in orange, and you can tell they have worked really hard to clear the paths secondary to the storms they had over this past winter and spring! Terrain was a steep incline at times with some stairs but very good hiking at a moderate difficulty level. We came on a Saturday afternoon so there were some other groups on the trail but not very crowded at all. Would recommend stopping by the PEEC (Pocono Environmental Educational Center) first in order to see if there are any additional trails you would like to add on to this one and make a full day out of it!

A ton of downed trees that they clearly have worked hard and long to make the trail accessible. My Golden and I went on July 4 and only saw one other family at the end of this trail. Horseflies were out looking to annoy people near the pond, they are only covering the pond area fortunately.

Great trail!

Nice hiking trail with great views and a mini waterfall in between.

Easy hike, we spent an enjoyable afternoon strolling through the park. It gets very hot and humid in summer though, so the waterfall was refreshing. Was quite crowded with tourists when we went.

Great trail! It seemed to be hit heavily by recent storms (as did other trails in the area) and the path is now lined with downed trees. The access to the two ponds trail is also blocked by downed trees. It had rained the night before and there were parts that were very muddy. This trail was used for what appeared to be school or camp groups and there were very noisy groups of children. However, these things will not deter me from using this trail again.

This was a really nice trail. Definitely “moderate” with some steep sections in each direction. We went after a rainy day and it was mostly dry with a few muddy sections. The park service has done a great job clearing the trail of fallen trees from this winter’s storm.

Trail completely obliterated by downed trees. Literally HUNDREDS. You have to bushwhack a lot to get through.

This is one of the best hikes to see waterfalls in Pennsylvania. It is a really nicely maintained trail and it is pretty easy. The falls are beautiful and I recommend it for all ages because the trail Is not very long.

very happy with this trail. Very well marked trail. It started as orange/white blaze, to orange only, ending as orange/blue blaze mark trail. Very quiet, only saw two other hikers. The walk way down to the falls made a steep decent easier. The falls are beautiful! Straight back up the mountain to the top for some beautiful views. I watched a red tailed hawk sore for quite some time and spotted a grouping of cedar wax-wings! GORGEOUS birds. There were a few sitting benches which made resting very enjoyable. Highly recommend this trail. It is definitely a moderate rating considering the steep decent and accent to and from the falls.

Loved this trail. I thought it was easy. Had a stairway down to the waterfall. There were about 10 feet that had a kind of scary dropoff, for me anyway, probably not for most people. It was really pretty and peaceful. We went on a weekday.

Great hike for kids/ new to hiking explorers! Not too strenuous and well maintained (not rocky) trails. Beautiful views and gorgeous falls (go down the stairs - it's a climb to get back up to the trail but so doable and worth it). Plenty of benches and rocks to stop and rest while you enjoy the scenery.
