Did the green dot trail then went straight onto orange where green ends. Snuck thru the power line path at the golf course clubhouse then back onto the orange trail going back to cut it a little shorter! Great 4 mile hike, green trail definitely has nicer wooded views but some nice spots on orange too!

the directions are wrong. you need to type in raw training and keep going right to the carpark at the bottom. the first part of the trail gas you going on the rail line. I would avoid this next time and go left at the beginning. one small part of the trail was closed (after going past the deck hockey area). very safe. always close to roads/people

I walk this one a lot. It's a nice quick trail with decent ups and downs. Only down side is a lot of mountain bikers utilize the trail so you have to really keep your eye out if you're walking it. All in all a nice trail, kid and dog friendly and not too strenuous.

Apart from the portions on gravel roads and the part that ran parallel to railroad tracks for quite some time, I really enjoyed the sections through the woods and all the elevation changes. Also, I drove to the “ starting point” which takes you away from North Park and behind some random buildings. I wasn’t comfortable parking where it told you to park, so I drove back to North park, parked across from the pool and cut into the woods on the right to get on it.

Very nice trail. Started at trailhead at backside of parking lot and came out by the flag pole. Rolling trail but nothing too steep and long. Narrow in some areas. Very secluded! Nice views looking down towards lake.

Nice trail the dogs enjoyed. It was blazed pretty well and was fairly quiet during a weekday.

Great trail. Not overly difficult, but enough to get your heart going, especially if you start on the Flagstaff end. I’m going to revisit in the spring when the wildflowers are out.

It was a beautiful hike today with all the snow but it was extremely muddy. The trail was clearly marked with green blazes. Also some geocaches along the way if you like that. Some good elevation changes to make it interesting. Could tell bikers had been on the trail but didn't see any. Did see a few others hiking the trail today.

This trail was obviously just added by someone who was walking around in the woods and decided to record their hike and post it here. About 1/3 of this is not even in North Park and does not follow marked trails. GENEROUSLY giving it 2 stars as I like an adventure and finding myself on the railroad tracks was fun. Also, so good elevation if you like that kind of challenge. Otherwise, I would stick to North Park’s marked trails as there are plenty of them to create a hike of this distance. Also, tromping around on unmarked trails is very bad for vegetation and is poor hiking etiquette.

I would recommend this trail for anyone looking for a quick little stroll through the woods--especially if you have kids (though not stroller friendly). Good ups and downs and not to difficult if you're just starting out.

Moderate trail that I have done multiple times with my five year old. Quick path if you want to stretch your legs away from the roads, but constantly shared by bikers who need you to step aside due to challenging slopes with roots.

Good trail with some inclines and declines. It was easy enough to take my dog with me. Definitely recommend.

First off there is no signage or easy way to fine this trail so if you need to Google it put in "Raw Fitness" and follow that road. second, so much of this trail is has no trail. at one part of the map was like just turn into the woods and there was nothing marked and there was no way up the hill. We got covered in ticks and had to use a different trail to make our way around. third, do NOT bring your dogs. The bridges are hard enough for humans to get over, unless you can stick your dog on your back, you are going to have a hard time getting yourself and them across.
