Easy hike in a beautiful old growth forest.

Very peaceful and serene.

This is a well maintained trail in both the shorter interpretive section and the “hiker” trail. The terrain of the “hiker” trail has more ups and downs but for the most part is manageable for most skill levels of enthusiasts. The drive to it is well maintained and an hour+ from Medford, Oregon.

Great hike, trail is clearly visible and marked. Did the outer loop, no huge incline or decline, pretty up and down path though. Was kinda rainy today but a lot of tree protection, so wasn’t bad at all.

Awesome trail be careful heading up if you have a low car!! We went backwards around the loop it was a blast.

Easy Loop trail. Great for dogs and kids. Nice Scenery with a seasonal creek.

Such a pretty little trail--nice 3 mi loop. Easy access and relatively close.

The interpretive trail is an easy 1 mile stroll but dont miss the side trail that isn't marked very well that loops deeper into the forest.

Nice little oddly placed trail in the middle of no where... Surprising use of lumber lining a whole mile of trail. Not one I'll ever do again...

I love this trail and run it about once a week!

Nice easy trail for anytime of year. Close to GP and very accessible.

Really pretty easy walk. 2 other offshoot trails wasn't sure where they went to and have a pack so didn't explore.

Great trail for kids!

A perfect run/hike loop!

i love this trail

Great! Loved the beautiful trees and moss and the sunshine filtering through. So peaceful. Trail was pretty well maintained. Lookout for poison oak. And the toilet is awful lol. Overall-highly recommended.

nice hike and time spent with family and nature. 6 year old nephew had no problem with the hike. no breath taking views tho if you're out of shape you may breathe a little heavy! definitely enjoyed it and will go again!

Beautiful simple loop that took me and my 8 year old daughter a little over an hour. The creek is so pretty and the lush landscape shades the trail keeping you cool. Love the benches to stop and rest.

Great trail for kids and people with limits. All trails well maintained with several benches and stoping points to learn about water shed and the ecosystem.

It was raining the whole time I hiked this. It was REALLY pretty from what I could see with rain soaked glasses. The hikers loop is not that bad. One of the people with me was pregnant and leading a big dog so it is not that bad. Will go back when it is not raining and get some SWEET green mossy pictures! Sorry no waypoints.. I was leading a dog and it was raining so I didn't have much opportunity to play with the GPS.

Returned this morning for a nice morning hike along the 3 mile loop with our Meetup.com group (Happy Hikes Around Hwy 199). Beautiful weather and of course, a beautiful 3 mile loop.
