Wonderful hike! Easy access. The views from the summit are worth the climb. Interesting manzanita trees with red bark were viewed along the way.

Very pretty hike with great views. Easy enough that my 4 year old daughter was able to do the entire thing herself. Recommended for young hikers and/or novices.

Hiked this trail a number of times. Gorgeous view! Sunrise was incredible. It’s a very doable, family friendly hike, but definitely a bit of a workout.

Short loop on crushed rock trail. Not a fan of crushed rock... Beautiful oak trees and saw a few turkeys as well. Trail is actually signed with a different name, Oak Savannah Loop Trail.

There are two main table rock trails. This is the shorter one, but no less fun or beautiful. Your first trip to the top when the ground flattens out is very cool. Like climbing into a different world up there. Not much shade so best advised in cooler or mild months.

Recovering chemo patient here :) I can say, this one is very difficult for someone trying to get back into shape after experiencing 6 rounds of chemo — so if you are just starting out from no fitness whatsoever, be it you’re recovering from illness or just trying to get into shape — I say take it easy. Go slow and it isn’t too bad :) got my heart rate pumping, which was the goal!

First time back, 3 weeks after a c section. Somewhat easy trail and beautiful views to get back into it. Had a wonderful day.

Great views of Medford and surrounding area. Amazing wildflowers- Indian Paintbrush, Buttercup, Cats Ears and much more. Weather was perfect today, in the low 70’s!

I've hiked this several times but yesterday was by far the most beautiful time of year to go! I also went from 5:00-7:00.

Beautiful spring day for a family hike with folks from Oregon, Oklahoma and New Hampshire. Grew up in the area but it took 50 years to complete this hike. Well worth the effort!

I’ve done this hike twice now! April 2017 and New Years Eve 2017! Great hike both times of the year! I’m not very experienced and don’t hike too often but this one isn’t too bad!

This is a great hike and when you get to the top it is amazing. The views are gorgeous!!!

I hiked this trail with my family (wife, 8 yr old, 6 yr old, 3 yr old, and a baby strapped to my back) and we found it to be fairly easy. It’s about 3 miles round trip and I highly recommend hanging out up top for awhile exploring all the different views of the valley.

It was a little muddy when we went, but that just adds to the fun.

Dogs are not allowed! We made the mistake of being ours the first go around and had to turn around. I’d also recommend using the restroom before coming out here. There are enclosed porta-potties, but good luck.

This is a great, short hike. People, please obey the NO DOGS signs posted everywhere. Go in the off season to avoid crowds.

Awesome quick hike easy of Medford. At the peak there are great views of the valley. Southern trail is slightly steeper but shorter than the northern trail.

Watch out for sticky mud when wet out

Love this quick hike...went this morning and got above the fog inversion to blue sky and sunshine. The trail was really muddy toward the top, if you go in rainy season prepare to get muddy.

Definately a hell of a hike for it being only the second time ever hiking. The rain didn't help but the trail is easy to follow, the fellow hikers we came across were all very supportive, and the view at the top is beautiful. Even with no sun in site, it still takes your breath away. I can't wait to see how much better I do at it the second time around.

One of my favorite local hikes. Easy/Moderate up and back can be done in 1.5 hours. Great views, especially at the top.

Nice morning hike, close to town and suitable for children. Beautiful Rogue Valley views and interesting vernal pools at the top. However, of the two table rock hikes, I prefer the lower table rock trail, as it seems to be more protected from the sun.
