Very pretty and barely anyone there. Lots of spiders on he trails though so make sure to bring a stick to wave in front of you as you walk.

This is an Oregon State Park and therefore requires an annual pass ($30) or a day pass ($5). There are other state parks in the area if you wanted to get the most out of your day (Elijah Bristow, Dexter, Lowell) - Support Parks!

I would break the trail into two parts - park area and wooded area. The trail begins near the dog park, by parking lot 1, but if there are a lot of cars, just find a place to park and walk over to the river. The park area trail is narrow, more of a little path that is sometimes bark dust and sometimes not. Follow the trail to the end of the grassy park area, and you will reach the woods and this is the best part - a lovely loop trail through the woods about a mile long. The end of the loop comes out in the parking lot and you can decide whether you'd like to cut back to the river or wherever your car happens to be parked. Restrooms have a cute design. If you're interested in some disc golf there is a course! During my trip we saw deer, snakes, and so many birds! Recommend for an easy walk or quick little jog.
