Pretty hike. Almost the entire route is along large gravel road used by forestry service. The AllTrails map ends with no sight of the springs. From where AllTrails ends, turn back northeast slight and head down the hill just north of the old road heading to the river - on the other side of the bank. You’ll come along a cliff and you can see a small pool along the north cliff with a white cliff beneath. About 100 feet below, nearly at river level is the “hot” spring. A very steep scramble down the hill will lead you to the waterfall and spring. There is a nice wood deck, a concrete basin and even a bat tub. The biggest issue was, no hot water when we were there in March 2018. It is much easier to get to this site via boat and the ramp directly across the river. You can then walk along the river edge back but there is one section that you have to head back up the hill due to a cliff. Good luck!
