Short easy hike/nature walk. Lots to see when the tide is low. We saw seals and their pups and were told some of the mama seals were getting ready to birth. The tide pools were full of life. We spotted an Eagle and several other birds I haven’t ID’d yet. The interpretive center was nice and staffed by friendly knowledgeable people. It cost $7 to park unless you have a Federal parks pass.

Fun walk. We saw whales sea lions and two bald eagles.

Rainy Day on the Oregon Coast but that just led to the mystique and beauty. Great Lighthouse tour and guide. Highly recommended!

What great views and I it was my first time seeing a tide pool and saw some pretty cool creatures!

Beautiful quick hike. Only wish it was longer!

Breathtaking views. A must do hike. Flies were bad but didn't bite . Federal run park. $7 fee but good for 3 days. Bathrooms available at trail head. Bring binoculars to look for whales. We saw 3 of them:)

Easy paved walkway with great views. Take binoculars to look for whales. The flies were really bad that day, but at least they didn't bite. Federal run park. $7 fee but good for 3 days

The views were fantastic

Very short, quick and easy hike at yaquina bay. Went on a cloudy day and it was still beautiful. Easy for everyone, slight incline all the way up makes it doable.

This place has Sand Dunes that I have never seen on a beach before! Despite how sunny it was, it got super windy the closer we got to the water. But it was still really scenic and pretty. We didn't make it in time to explore the lighthouse, but the walk out to the beach itself is still a good consolation prize.

just a little walk up a hill but great views

Short and uphill on switchbacks all the way to the top. Definitely worth it. Great views and well maintained trail.

I parked outside the park and walked in since there was a long line of cars to pay to get in. Very beautiful site. I walked all the trails in a couple hours. Be prepared for wind and rain since there are no covered areas unless you are on the tour of the lighthouse.

One of the best lighthouse stops on the coast.

This is a fun stop anytime of the year.

Not great, wouldn't do again. There is really nothing interesting on this trail and there are homeless camps in the area that I stumbled upon when taking what I thought were side trails.

We just did the trail to the top of the hill near the light house. It was a beautiful walk, with a great view! Very easy. We also went down to the pebble beach and saw harbor seals. It's just a beautiful area and well worth taking a few hours to explore.

A very pretty area along the Oregon coast. The beaches are nice, and there are usually some sea lions out on the rocks. The lighthouse is also very cool.

Short hike but very beautiful area. Would do again on a nice day.

Love this campground! It separates the tent sites from RVs. RV spots seem hard to come by, but we haven't had an issue yet reserving one of our top 5 tent sites for the night, so it's a non-issue. Yes, it's a State Park campground, so the sites are not super-wild, but it's a great, beautiful location to enjoy the area. The State Park comes with its conveniences - hot showers, available ice, wood for fires, and toilets. There are a couple of nature trails, but as has been said, most people seem to spend their time at the beach or enjoying the area. This is our go-to spot when weekending at the coast. If you look around, it will be hard to find a better camping spot as good on the coast.
